Raynaud’s as a Justification for Product Development
"I personally have Raynaud’s. It is the primary reason we moved our entire base of operations from Maine to Arizona. Prior to developing this cream, we worked with a very well-known Specialist in Diabetic Neuropathy and had spent a lot of time working with L-arginine. As we studied this area more in-depth and the application of L-arginine, we discovered in some of the research that the addition of Magnesium significantly increased the absorption of L-arginine. But most importantly, the combination of the two was shown to have synergistic effects and health benefits."
L-arginine is a vasodilator, and it was during this time of research and product development that it occurred to me that it may be very useful for Raynaud’s.
Combined Ingredients:
We combined the magnesium and L-arginine and then formulated it with our purified PC liposome technology to further increase skin penetration and improve results.
2 Years of Testing:
We provided Raynaud’s sufferers with the product for over two years and generally received very positive feedback:
- Reduced flare-ups and/or the duration and severity of the flare-ups.
- Topical magnesium and the increased blood flow facilitated by the expansion in blood vessels provide a sense of warming and help to reduce the severity and duration of flare-ups.
At this point, we realized we had a great product that could help to relax surrounding muscles and tissues and help to improve micro-circulation at specific points in the body, ultimately helping with Raynaud’s. So, we went ahead with production.
