Since 2002, Longevity Essentials has been supplying the UK and Europe with some of the finest health and wellness products available anywhere in the world.

The story behind the business is straightforward. Our founder, Mike Nash, has spent decades immersed in the science and practice of human health, long before biohacking became a buzzword. His book Aggressive Health introduced thousands of people to a broader, more intelligent approach to wellbeing: one built on fundamentals, not fads.

That philosophy still drives everything we do.

What we believe
