I can't say that it prevented me from burning as I did experience some....but it quickly transformed itself nearly overnight to a tan and it does give a more bronzed look, which is quite nice. I just wish I had this years ago...now Nadine please make a product for evening pigmentation so those of us who didn't have this years ago can look as beautiful as you :) Very effective so far :-) I just started using this, summer comes in random bursts here in Ireland and it hasn't gone beyond 20 degrees C, but so far so good, it smells lovely, the lemony, gingery turmeric scents come through and it softens to smell quite floral, on my skin at least. It protected my skin well, I had to reapply it often, as I caught the sun a bit when I wasn't diligent enough. My skin is darker than the average Irish skin, so if you're pale, i think it would be wise to apply often. A little goes a very long way. I put it on after sun exposure too and it leaves my skin really well moisturized, I'm really happy to have found this blend, thanks! Sun and skin synergizer This one of my most favourite skin loving product in the world! Smells so divine, a bit more deep & 'herby', a little less sweet than Seabuckthorn Best Skin. Most of all it works! I was skeptical when I first ordered it since I've never used a 100% plant based sun harmonizer before- but I was looking for an affordable, cleaner alternative than all the other sunscreen I've used. I have medium golden/olive skin, but can still get sunburns more so when my skin haven't seen the sun for awhile. I used this all over on the first hot day after winter. It was 26 C degrees and was picnicking under the sun for several hours with no sunburn & sensitivities in sight! Nothing but pure love for this product :D  note: always test a tiny portion of any product you purchase first to ensure it is right for you. Example: a dap on your wrist.

It is very firming, and clear, and I have gotten compliments on how good my skin looks with this on. Very clarifying, and I love how refreshing this feels because of the mint in conjunction with all the other wonderful ingredients. When I want to feel expansive, enlightened, and aware, I put this on. Indeed, during application, it is best not to put it too close to the eye line, otherwise the eyes can start watering. However, sometimes I actually enjoy the bit of tearing up this provides, because it 'washes' my eyes into a brighter green colour - like aromatherapy for the eyes! Still, just putting it along the eye socket bone is nice enough :) Eye area looks great with this on - so bright and alert. A little definitely goes a long way, half a drop then spreading it onto eye areas fulfills its use perfectly. Purest Cream Ever After several weeks of starting an oil cleansing regimen with BSE Seabuckthorn I bought this. It's not the heavy sort of whitish cream you might've expected - it's actually Pink and has bits of Red (I guess that's bits of Rose Petals!)This is truly balancing, I think oily skin would benefit just as much as dry. And, yes it is mattifying as well. I can tell you I will be getting a larger jar next time. The smell is also so soft and angelic, perfect right before bed. So ethereal. And using this in the morning gently wakes you up as if it is kissing your senses awake softly. It works really well by itself, or in combination with other Libations oils. If you apply another serum first, then this on top, it 'sets' the serum wonderfully. I feel like a royal golden goddess with this on. And it smells yummy :) I like to sleep with it on, and especially for when I'm going out I definitely love to use it. In the sun it is fun to use indeed, spreading some on neck and collarbone and arms too :) Super great on face!!! My skin seems to love drinking up the wonderful ingredients in all of the Living Libations products and I do see an improvement in my skin tone and texture. My complexion is of South Asian descent (I'm Sri Lankan Sinhalese) therefore I find that using the ChocolateKarat Serum is a great replacement for make-up as it gives a natural glowy boost of colour and moisturizes beautifully at the same time. I use it at night before bed, and I wake up with beautifully moisturized, glowing skin. I will never go without this product! It smells really good too, reminds me of christmas pudding (maybe just an Irish/English thing?), quite a warm fragrance, but very subtle.
