Date of last revision: June 2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 — WEBSITE USE
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content. A breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the website.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at www.longevity-essentials.com/terms-and-conditions/
SECTION 3 — PRIVACY POLICY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your use of this website and the personal information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.longevity-essentials.com/privacy-policy/. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
SECTION 4 — ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Products purchased from our website are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or export any product you order from us, unless you have entered into a separate wholesale agreement with us.
Payment must be received before your order is accepted and processed. We may require additional information if any required details are missing or unclear, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit an order at any time.
Once we have received your order and verified payment, we will process it for dispatch. All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer an alternative. If you do not wish to accept an alternative, we will cancel the relevant part of your order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Any suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant UK law enforcement authorities.
Your right to cancel
As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note this right does not apply to opened or used supplements for hygiene reasons, unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
You may cancel your order before dispatch at any time and receive a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.
SECTION 5 — SUBSCRIPTION ORDER TERMS
If you purchase a product on a recurring subscription basis, your payment method will be charged at the time of your initial order and at the same frequency thereafter (monthly or quarterly as selected), plus any applicable shipping charges, until you cancel.
To cancel a subscription, please contact us at team@longevity-essentials.com or by phone at least three business days before your next scheduled payment date.
You acknowledge that by agreeing to a subscription, Raw Perfection Ltd will charge your payment method automatically at each renewal without seeking additional authorisation, until you cancel. Raw Perfection Ltd is not responsible for any overdraft charges or fees you may incur.
You are responsible for keeping your billing and contact information up to date. Raw Perfection Ltd reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time with reasonable notice.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the following timeframes from the date of order:
- UK orders: 1 to 3 working days
- Mainland Europe: 3 to 10 working days
- Rest of world: 14 to 28 working days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract.
We use Royal Mail and InPost as our primary carriers. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email when your order has been sent, including tracking information where available.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 30 days, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. If that is not acceptable to you, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Please note the following regarding delivery:
- We cannot accept responsibility for late or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details provided at the time of ordering
- If your building requires an access code or gate entry, please email us separately after placing your order so we can include this information for the carrier. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us as a result, we will refund the product cost but will charge the outbound postage
- If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected from a delivery depot or post office, you will be charged the full cost of reshipment
- All deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, and may require a signature
- We dispatch once per day. Multiple orders to the same address may leave in separate consignments. To avoid additional delivery charges, please order everything you need in a single transaction
- If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information. If there is no update, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We will not reship an order until 14 days have passed from the original dispatch date, unless we agree otherwise
- During bank holidays and our Christmas and New Year closure period, orders will not be dispatched. We will notify customers of our closure dates in advance by email
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring the products are lawfully importable into your country and for paying any applicable import duties or taxes.
SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You confirm that any payment information you provide is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete payment information has been provided.
Chargeback fraud, where a customer disputes a legitimate transaction with their bank, is illegal under UK law and may result in civil or criminal action. If you have a concern about a product or order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve it.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS POLICY
Our full Returns and Refunds Policy is published at www.longevity-essentials.com/returns-policy/ and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by anything in our returns policy.
SECTION 9 — PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or change product specifications at any time without prior notice. Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of your order.
We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours or details exactly as they appear in person.
Product descriptions are provided for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
SECTION 10 — NO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT
Raw Perfection Ltd sells food supplements and wellness products. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, its content, or the products available through it, beyond those required by law.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Perfection Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any product purchased through it.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory consumer rights, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event of any breach or threatened breach of these terms by you, Raw Perfection Ltd reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other available remedies.
SECTION 15 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Raw Perfection Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third party right.
SECTION 16 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites as a convenience. We have no control over such tools or websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use of any third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate at our sole discretion.

You may not use this website to: engage in any unlawful activity; infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; collect personal data about other users; or engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or impair the website or its operation.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website for any breach of these provisions.
SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 21 — TERMINATION

The key changes made: replaced the entire US arbitration clause with a UK-appropriate dispute resolution section, fixed governing law to reference England and Wales throughout, replaced all Sale of Goods Act references with Consumer Rights Act 2015, removed all New Jersey carve-outs and US state/federal law references, replaced the E-Sign Act with the Electronic Communications Act 2000, rewrote the medical disclaimer in plain English without random capitalisation, removed the digital products and SuperFoods/SuperHerbs references, removed the "native English speaking" line, updated the liability cap to a sensible UK-appropriate formulation, and updated the date to June 2026.
As with the other legal documents, I would recommend a UK solicitor reviews this before publishing, particularly Sections 12 and 13. The cost of an hour of legal review is modest relative to the risk of unenforceable or misleading terms being live on a £2.5m turnover business.
