About Mike Nash
Longevity Essentials was founded on a single idea: that there is nothing more important than feeling as good as you can, as much as you can.
It sounds simple. But for Mike Nash, it became a life's work.
Mike started out as a fitness instructor, working with people who had clear, measurable goals. Lose weight. Build strength. Get fit. What struck him wasn't whether people hit their targets. It was what they said when they did. Almost nobody talked about the number on the scale or the weight on the bar. They talked about how good they felt.
That observation changed everything.
It pushed Mike to look beyond the gym and into every discipline that could help people feel better in their bodies, their minds, and their lives. He studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming with its co-founder Richard Bandler and the renowned hypnotist Paul McKenna. He worked with one of Tony Robbins' promotions companies in Canada, and alongside respected UK personal development coach Alan Austin-Smith. He trained in clinical hypnotherapy under Stephen Brookes, and later immersed himself in bioterrain analysis and live blood analysis, offering consultations and developing a deeper understanding of what genuine health looks like at a cellular level.
Through all of it, the same conclusion kept emerging. The tools change. The science evolves. But the goal is always the same: help people feel as good as they can, as much as they can.
In 2002, that mission found a home. Mike's book Aggressive Health found an audience in a small but passionate health community, and the Aggressive Health Shop was born. Over the following two decades it grew steadily, built on quality products, honest advice, and customers who kept coming back. In 2024, after 22 years, the name changed to Longevity Essentials, reflecting both the evolution of the business and where health optimisation has arrived as a field.
Today, Longevity Essentials is a family business in the truest sense. Every member of the family is involved, and every one of them shares the same commitment: fast service, genuine products, and a real focus on helping customers feel the difference.
That has always been the point. It still is.
