Longevity Essentials was founded by Mike Nash. Mike believes that there is nothing more important than feeling 'as good as you can, as much as you can'.
Mike started life as a fitness instructor and recognised that when people achieved their goals, whether it be weight loss or muscle size/strength/fitness, they didn't talk about the goal they achieved, they almost always talked about how good they felt. This was a simple but important breakthrough for Mike because it propelled him to study more subjects to help him and others, 'feel as good as they can as much as they can.'
With this in mind Mike then went on to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with it's founder Richard Bandler, and the famous UK hypnotist Paul McKenna. He worked for one of Tony Robbins promotion companies in Canada and also worked alongside Alan Austin-Smith, a personal development and business coach in the UK. Mike also studied clinical hypnotherapy from Stephen Brookes.
Mike then went on to dive in the the world of bioterrain analysis and LIVE blood analysis, offering consultations and deepening his understanding of health and wellness.
Ultimately he arrived at the same conclusion, he wants to help people 'feel as good as they can as much as they can'. This can be facilitated by simple habits such as exercise and healthy eating, controlling key hormones with nutrition, using meditation or mind technology, or with more complex interventions using hypnosis and/or NLP, and many of the other technology's available, tapping and EFT, Psych-K and muscle testing etc.
In 2002 his book Aggressive Health became popular in a small health niche and 'The Aggressive Health Shop' was born. 22 years later, the name was changed to Longevity Essentials.
Today, Mike is delighted that Longevity Essentials has become a family run business. Every member of the family ensures customers get a fast, thorough service and receive products that make a real difference in helping them 'feel as good as possible, as much as possible'.
