Our tea tree essential oil is the ancient answer to the age-old cure question. Whether you’ve been attacked by hungry mosquitoes during a camping trip, or are looking for a natural way to lower your blood pressure, tea tree oil is a time-tested, natural alternative to harsh chemicals and man-made medications. Our 100% pure organic tea tree oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of the Malaleuca alternifolia, a native Australian tea tree that has been utilized by indigenous Aborigines for centuries.
In ancient Australia, the crushed leaves of the tea tree were inhaled as a cold and cough remedy. The Bundjalung people steeped the leaves in a pungent liquid before applying it to infected skin areas, or using it as an elixir for everything from sore throats to open wounds (1). The oil that was later developed by Arthur Penfold contained 98 compounds or pure healing power. Tea tree oil makes it all better – from the common cold to that pesky infection that just won’t seem to heal. With its fresh, invigorating scent, you’ll feel like you’ve woken up on a crisp, cool morning in the middle of a forest, where the pine trees stoically surround you in protective, preventative embrace.
Tea tree oil has anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial properties, and is “A therapeutic agent in chronic gingivitis and periodontitis, conditions that have both bacterial and inflammatory components.” Tea tree is very high in natural anti-inflammatory agents and contains the plant-chemicals cineol and propanol, both kinds of natural chemicals that can decrease gingivitis and reduce plaque. Tea tree also helps stop the approach of bacteria and is very astringent and antiseptic. In a scientific dental study, a genuine distillation of tea tree oil (2.5%) proved effective in the treatment of chronic of gingivitis and inflammation. High in natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial constituents of 1.8 –cineol, terpinen-4-ol, tea tree essential oil decreased the level of gingival teeth and reduced plaque scores in the study. Furthermore, the study showed that a total of 162 oral bacteria isolates (including streptococcus) were inhibited and rapidly destroyed by tea tree oil concentrations of less than 2%. The study concluded, “The components of Tea Tree Oil are known to have lipophilic properties which facilitate its diffusion through the epithelium. If Tea Tree Oil is readily absorbed after topical application into the gingival tissues and has anti-inflammatory properties once it has entered the connective tissues, it would be a unique non-toxic agent.” The Healthy Gum Drops formula contains more than 2% of this astringent and antiseptic essence.
Eliminate endless trips to the drugstore with one bottle of our exquisitely pure, natural organic Tea Tree oil.

“Tea tree oil has been used in Australia by its native people, who introduced it to the Western world via Captain Cook in 1770. This is one oil that most definitely will get lots of use in your medicine chest and should positively be part of the home first-aid kit.” - Jeanne Rose, The Aromatherapy Book: Inhalations and Applications

“And so he would now study perfumes and the secrets of their manufacture, distilling heavily scented oils and burning odorous gums from the East. He saw that there was no mood of the mind that had not its counterpart in the sensuous life, and set himself to discover their true relations, wondering what there was in frankincense that made one mystical…”Oscar Wilde, Picture of Dorian Grey

Liquid pearls from the tree of life, frankincense essential oil, Boswellia carterii, are from the sap of the frankincense tree. The resin forms droplets known as 'tears' or 'pearls', our frankincense has a fresh top note with an ancient deep, warm, rich balsamic undertone. Our frankincense essential oil comes from Somaliland where the highest quality of gums whose origins lie in the most ancient plantations rooted in antiquity: the Dhallo valley, heart of frankincense country. Our distiller describes his first visit to the ancient grove: “I was standing on the edge of the escarpment over-looking the Gulf coastline and the ancient groves of frankincense trees, Boswellia carterii. As we ascended the pass we entered into the ancient groves of frankincense trees that had been owned and harvested tribally for millennia. Thousands, of the carterii variety with their bulbous-based trunks grow out of solid conglomerates. With their flaking and thick stems, I thought I was he standing in a perfumed garden of delights and that it was probably the very garden-grove that yielded the gum that became a gift of the Magi for the baby Jesus”.
Our unique distiller specializes in the hydrodistillation of the fresh oleo-gum resins of Frankincense. This is very rare to have frankincense distilled with material from the fresh harvest – this creates a rich frankincense with a wide range of incredible top notes and heart notes.
Frankincense essential oil is a fortifying tonic that been used reverently for thousands of years for medicinal, religious, ceremonial purposes, and in ablutions to beautify the body. Cross-culturally and trans-historically the aroma of frankincense is “Life” and different cultures have mixed frankincense with oil to anoint newborns and people considered to be moving into new phases of their spiritual lives have anointed their pineal glands. Frankincense oil has the power to uplift awareness by freeing the nerves from excessive tension, allowing us to focus on our deep connection to life. Frankincense deepens and revitalizes mental perception, the breath perfecting prayer, meditation and yoga. Add 4-6 drops of Frankincense essential oil to your diffuser to be used during meditation. Ancient Egypt used Frankincense in rejuvenating masks, cosmetics and perfume. In skin care, frankincense oil reveals its balsamic nature through its miraculous wound healing properties for scars, wounds and wrinkles. Astringent and anti-inflammatory, it is traditionally used to treat scar tissue and skin ulcers, and nourishes dry and prematurely aging skin. Excellent immunostimulant properties; anti-depressant, euphoric qualities are used in aromatherapy to treat anxiety & nervous tension. Apply externally to the affected area for joint conditions. For immune support, massage into the tops of the feet and lymph-node areas dilute with jojoba or Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever.
Frankincense essential oil has traditionally used as an anti-asthmatic, strengthening the immune system (immunostimulant). It has been found to have anti-c effects. Frankincense contains boswellic acids, which may be helpful in arthritic conditions where inflammation is indicated, asthma, depression. Active ingredients of frankincense have been reported in recent science journals to be sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, monoterpenes, diterpenes and boswellic acids. Frankincense has been noted as a potent immunostimulant and anti-c. Agent in a variety of scientific studies, the essential oil has been shown to stimulate lymphocyte transformation. It has also been shown to be helpful for asthma. Compounds of frankincense have been found to exhibit in vitro antibacterial, antifungal, and immunomodualtory properties.
Frankincense has been used to support oral health for thousands of years in Middle Eastern areas. It is common for Arabian people to place the resin in their mouths and chew it to strengthen teeth and gums. Known for its antimicrobial properties, it is also used to assist with infection of the teeth and gums.
Asthma: Similar to arthritis, asthma is an inflammatory-caused illness. A 2006 paper from the University of Tuebingen, Germany indicates that boswellic acid, an active component of frankincense, has shown to act as an anti-inflammatory agent in preliminary studies. The paper further states that boswellic acid inhibits 5-lipoxygenase as well as cytokines and thus promising for treatment of asthma without the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Blends beautifully with: cape chamomile rose otto, grapefruit, Greenland moss, Douglas fir, myrrh, Palo Santo, cedar, black spruce, cardamom, ylang and sandalwood.
"Frankincense oil is a mobile liquid, pale yellow or pale amber-greenish in color. Its odor is strongly diffusive, fresh terpeney, almost green-lemon-like or reminiscent of green, unripe apples (peel) but not terebinthinate. A certain pepperiness is mellowed with a rich, sweet-woody, balsamic undertone. Depending on the method of distillation of the oil (time, vapor pressure, etc) the odor is more or less tenacious with an almost citrus-like, ambre-like, balsamic dryout note. Frankincense oil is used in fine perfumery… It gives delightful effects in citrus colognes where it modifies the sweetness of bergamot and orange oils. A similar effect is obtained in rather difficult "fresh" perfume notes such as verbena, citrus, etc where Frankincense and citral form useful bases for further modifying work. Frankincense in itself is a base for all "incense" or "Frankincense" type perfumes and specialties, and it is an important ingredient in many spice-bases, ambres, "powder type perfumes, floral perfumes, citrus colognes, spice blends, violet perfumes, "men's" fragrances…”Steffen Arctander, Perfume and Flavor Materials of Natural Origin

Skin rescue - soothing, healing relief
As for skin applications, I've used this on blemishes and it heals and smoothes things out overnight, great for scar tissue and inflammation. As well, lavender essential oil is part of my sunburn remedy: pure aloe vera gel mixed with 1 drop peppermint and 3-5 drops lavender essential oil. This has saved my sensitive skin from the sun many times, especially from one 2nd degree sunburn years ago that lasted 3 weeks, it was the only solution that remedied my skin and pain. So, I am forever indebted to the power of essential oils, and particularly lavender too, and am so happy I have found the purest line of Living Libations to help with my natural remedies . Lavender essential oil is the master soother, inside and out. :)
Perfection - purest ever
PUREST ever... Calming on the deepest level. You smell it, and can literally feel it being soaked deep in the brain, and it lingers in the nostrils after having smelt it. When I can't sleep or feel anxious, just dabbing a few drops under my nose and I calm within 5 minutes - this is my alternative effective plant medicine :). And it is so perfect during bathtime too. Is wonderful in a blend with other essential oils. I've tried other brands of Lavender essential oil but this is the most authentic just by the way it smells, so deep. I bow to Living Libations once again. This is a - very essential - essential oil in my toolkit :)
Lavender In the Jungle!
I recently spent 15 days in the Peruvian Jungle and I used your Lavender Oil as my mosquito repellent. There were three of us, the other two got eaten alive, and I... virtually bite free! I had about 5 bites total, in the steamy Rain Forest over the 15 days. Yes, I offered my friends to share my Lavender Oil, but they didn't 'get it' until I was leaving and my one friend who was staying asked me to leave her with my oil :) As always, you have the best products ever! Peace, Cathy
Amazing Lavender
Also let me tell you how amazing your lavender oil is! To be honest I never got the hype about the smell of lavender until iv had this. its so different its so creamy in a way. I actually have been dabbing it to some areas where i would break out on my face and i haven't had a break out in weeks! I apply a bit on my usual trouble spots every night and iv even noticed how much easier it is to sleep. What makes this lavender so unique smelling from the others? its incredible, my mother in law just tossed her lavender from Primavera essential oil line over after experiencing this.

What is Tea Tree Oil and where does it come from?Tea Tree oil is made by the process of steam distillation of the leaves of the Australian Tea Tree, scientifically known as Melaleuca alternifolia. The tea tree can be found growing in the swamps on the southeast coastline of Australia [1].It’s best known for its powerful antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties which can potentially help with a whole host of problems, from athlete’s foot, to acne.Story of Discovery & Traditional UseIn 1732, Captain James Cook first brought the attention of tea tree oil back to western society. It was named tea tree because of the refreshingly spicy tea he made from the leaves of the melaleuca alternifolia tree. For centuries, tea tree oil has been used traditionally by the Australian Aboriginal people. They extracted the oil that spills out of the tea tree leaves when crushed, and would inhale the fumes to help treat colds or coughs, as well as applying it topically to the skin for a variety of different healing reasons such as cuts, scrapes and swelling. It was also used to help soothe and cure sore throats. In around 1770, Captain James Cook learned more about the tea tree from the Aboriginal people of Australia, who told him all about their healing uses for this magical oil.Cook returned and was eager to have western doctors confirm tea trees' multifaceted healing abilities. Once confirmed, tea tree oil’s use skyrocketed and became a popular choice all over the world as an antimicrobial agent.Since then, people throughout the world have used tea tree oil to help treat a variety of different ailments. Mainly it is used for its antimicrobial properties, as well as its ability to help treat minor cuts, scrapes or injuries. What can Tea Tree Oil be used for?Tea Tree Oil has many uses when applied topically:
Contains terpinen-4-ol, amongst other compounds, which has been shown to be effective at killing types of fungi, viruses and bacteria [2], also making it an effective antiseptic for small cuts and grazes [3]
Numerous studies have shown tea tree oil can be an alternative treatment for athlete's foot (tinea pedis) [4]
Studies showed that adding tea tree oil to handwashes & hand sanitizers [5] made them more effective [6]
A study on 27 people showed that topical application of tea tree oil reduced swelling significantly [7]. It also reduced inflammation in mice [8]
A study on patients with acne, saw that a 5% tea tree oil solution saw an improvement in their acne, along with lessened symptoms of itching, dryness and scaling [9].
When added to shampoo, tea tree oil can help to control dandruff by slowing down the growth of Candida albicans [10]
Tea tree oil can help to trigger white blood cells that are needed to heal wounds, as well as reducing inflammation, resulting in boosted wound healing [11]
Tea tree oil can also be used as a chemical free mouthwash and can combat germs that lead to bad breath and tooth decay [12]
Antifungal, Antiviral & Anti-inflammatory PropertiesTea tree oil is most commonly used for a variety of different fungal infections, from fingernails to Athlete’s Foot.Athlete's foot is an extremely irritating fungal infection that mainly develops in between the toes and is highly contagious. It can also spread to other parts of the feet, as well as the hands. The infection causes severe itching and redness, and can even cause peeling, cracking and blistering of the skin.Studies have shown that tea tree oil can be effective at helping to relieve symptoms of athlete’s foot because of its powerful antifungal properties [13].A review on the oil’s ability to kill fungi and yeasts highlighted it as being effective [14].Why Try Feel Younger® Tea Tree Essential Oil 60ml?Here at Feel Younger, we believe in providing the best quality ingredients at reasonable prices… which is why Our Tea Tree Essential Oil is 100% pure and our 2 fl oz bottle will cost you no more than $13, with discounts available on subscriptions for multiple bottles. How do you use it?Tea Tree Oil is for external use only, and should not be ingested. Before you use tea tree oil, you should test how your skin reacts to it. First, apply a drop to your skin and monitor the results. There are a few ways you can use it:General use: Wash and pat skin dry, then apply a small amount with fingertips to your freshly cleansed and toned face, neck and décolleté area (avoid direct contact with eyes). For dry and painful areas of skin: Mix around 10 drops with melted coconut oil or moisturize of choice. As an antiseptic for small cuts and grazes: First make sure the cut is clean. Combine 1 drop with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, apply to the scrape and cover with a bandage. Repeat this daily until a scab develops. As a mouthwash: Dilute 1 drop of tea tree oil in a warm cup of water and mix thoroughly. Gargle for 30 seconds, spit out and rinse your mouth. Do not swallow the mixture.Any Cautions?SHOULD NOT BE INGESTED - FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.In very rare cases tea tree oil can cause contact dermatitis or irritation of the skin. It’s very important to use small amounts of tea tree oil, as large amounts can cause burning to the skin. 1 or 2 drops really is enough!Scientific References

Plant Infomation
Pepper, the Indian native spice and seasoning, was once a luxury item in the middle ages, affordable only to the wealthy. In the traditional Ayurvedic system, pepper is a vital ingredient of many remedies. It works as a digestive stimulant, as food enter the large intestine channels it warms the body and drives the food downward while dispelling phlegm and relieving diarrhea. Internally, it treats fevers, gastric and abdominal disorders, and urinary problems. It can be applied externally to aid reumatism, neuralgia, and boils. It is a favorite among those with active lifestyles because it has energizing properties.
Ussage
To relieve the pain of stomach aches, diarrhea and gas, take 1–2 drops of black pepper oil internally by adding it to a soup, smoothie or savory dish.
To aid respiratory conditions, take internally or inhale the oil directly from the bottle.

Excessive use of any oil can lead to skin sensitization. Keep out of eyes, ears, or nose. Pepper may cause sneezing. Patients who have undergone abdominal surgery should not add excessive pepper to their diet because it can have an irritating effect on the intestines. Black pepper should not be taken in high concentration, and if you see signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue its use and consult a doctor. Not all oils are created equal, so test brands carefully, and never use an oil in a way not recommended. Quelling clary sage may be used to anoint the body at the temples and wrists for a peaceful perfume. A euphoric botanical, our Clary Sage Essential oil is a fantastic ointment for abdominal massage, especially during moontime care.
“The essential oil [clary sage] steam distilled from the plant’s herbs and flowers has traditionally been used in German muscatel wine, English beer, and Italian vermouth (as well as a perfume fixative) to exploit the heady effects and sensuous aroma of clary sage… clary sage is also a valuable ingredient in body care preparations, whereby it regulates skin and hair secretions and acts as a scalp stimulant.”
Kate and Peter Damian, Scent and Psyche
“I discovered my love for clary, also known as clary sage, in the South of France. There I found myself in a huge, sun-drenched field of the clary plant – surrounded by myriad brilliant colors…I learned much later, through aromatherapy, that clary may indeed create euphoria… Like its cousin the opal stone, it is powerful, radiant, and puzzling. It regenerates energy and inspires both mind and spirit, with a little foolishness and risk thrown in.”
