Adding our new Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel and Tooth-Truth-Pastes to your regimen will incorporate the added benefits of ozone, which balances the ecology of gums and tissue in the mouth. Just apply a thin layer of gel to the gums as the final step in your ritual, and rest easy knowing that all-mighty ozone is guarding your mouth from damaging bacterial invaders while you slumber peacefully.
Step One: The Salt Rinse
• Create a salt water solution to keep in your bathroom (16oz of spring water to 1oz of salt in a mason jar)
• Add a drop of Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops to a shot-glass full of salt water. Swirl the solution before brushing, spit.
Step Two: Scrape the Tongue
• Holding ends of tongue scraper, gently scrape the tongue from back to front 2-3 times. Rinse the scraper off each time.
Step Three: Brush the Gums
• Begin with a dry (ionic) toothbrush
• Mix one drop of Yogi Tooth Serum, Healthy Gum Drops, or Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel to one tiny drop of Neem Enamelizer on the brush
• Gently brush the gum tissue for two minutes, carefully moving the brush in a downward motion toward the edge of the gum line
Step Four: Polish the Teeth
• Polish with a dry round-headed electric toothbrush.
• Use a tiny, half pea-sized amount of Healthy Gums Clay Pate, Frankincense Fresh Toothpaste, Neem Enamelizer Toothpaste or Tooth-Truth Powder Polish (you can also add a drop of serum or Neem Enamelizer to this)
• Simple baking soda also works for this polishing step.
Step Five: Check the Gum Lines
• Check gum lines for any remaining plaque
• Use a rubber-tipped gum tool with a drop of Yogi Tooth Serum, Healthy Gum Drops or Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel
Step Six: Floss
• Always floss two times!
• Apply a drop of Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops along the length of the floss each time
Step Seven: Final Rinse
• Pour another shot glass-full of the salt rinse, adding a drop of Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops to the mixture
• Vigorously swish and spit
Step Eight: Extra Care
• For receding gums, bleeding gums or anywhere that needs extra attention, apply Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops to the affected area
• Apply Ozonated Gum Gel and leave it on your gums as your final step after the mouth is clean. You can also use Ozonated Gum Gel multiple times throughout the day

If you are new to the world of natural oral care and dental products, you will not fail to be impressed by the range that @livinglibations offers. This paste makes my teeth feel very clean and the flavor is wonderful. This *tiny* jar lasted me several months. I have already repurchased and will not be without this wonderful product.
This is one of those products I bought without expecting it to work. I always use sulphate-free toothpastes, but I’ve never used anything as natural as this, simply because I didn’t think it would be a substitute for regular toothpaste. But it works! I use a rice grain-sized pinch of this toothpaste on my Philips Sonicare, and the results are spectacular. People have commented on Amazon that their teeth felt ‘silky’ after using this toothpaste, and I now understand what they meant by it. It seems to polish my teeth and leave it very white, as it gets rid of that unpleasant coating on your teeth. To me, the flavour of this toothpaste is clove-heavy, so if you don’t like the taste of cloves, you may want to try one of their other toothpastes instead.
I’ve always had disastrous results using any tooth product or DIY toothpaste recipe that contains clay. The worst experience I had was a few years ago I made a well known blogger’s homemade toothpaste recipe made with clay that left my gums and mouth sore and swollen for over 2 weeks. The only way I could remedy the situation was brushing my teeth with coconut oil and gargling with salt water a few times a day. It was an awful experience and since then I won’t let any clay come near my mouth, or any coarse or abrasive material or ingredient. So as you can imagine, I was nervous trying Living Libations Happy Gums Clay Toothpaste. Real nervous. Luckily, the clay didn’t irritate my gums or teeth, and the toothpaste has proven to be the best I have ever used. It’s not only safe, natural, and an effective toothpaste, but best of all it doesn’t leave my mouth dry, and… it makes my mouth minty fresh! Yes, minty fresh. To get the most out of this product, it’s really important to follow Nadine Artemis’ tooth care protocol. I use very little of the tooth paste (the size of a tiny crumb!) on a dry tooth brush, and I LIGHTLY brush my teeth for a few minutes (I aim to brush my teeth for 3-5 minutes, as lightly as possible). Nadine Artemis emphasizes brushing lightly for longer, as opposed to brushing roughly or strongly for shorter periods of time (which is what most people do). Following her protocol of how to brush my teeth more thoroughly and more gently, I do get a much deeper and efficient cleaning. I’ve tried using her technique of light brushing for longer periods of time with tooth soap and regular toothpaste, but it doesn’t work because you can’t have the soap or regular toothpaste in your mouth too long or it starts to burn, and leaves your mouth REALLY dry. But on the other hand, using Living Libations Happy Gums Clay Toothpaste doesn’t burn if you’re brushing your teeth for longer time, and as long as you don’t brush your teeth too roughly, it won’t irritate your teeth and gums either. I have to say, I’ve been so pleased with this toothpaste, and my new brushing style as well. I’ve notice a significant decrease in tartar build up along my gum line (I’m prone to that), my teeth and mouth are much cleaner, and my gums feel much stronger (post pregnancy I’ve had very sensitive gums). I just love how clean and fresh this product makes my mouth feel. This is the only product I have ever found that doesn’t make my mouth feel dry after cleaning, which is a huge plus.
I am completely obsessed with all of the dental steps and products! I have had gum issues since i was in my 20's as a broke single mom the last thing i could do was take care of myself so i have struggled with gum disease for 30 years. Now with your products (I am a grandma in my 50's) I am healing my gums and found a cure for my gum disease! I love taking care of my teeth health with products that actually work! This product works incredibly well. Although it does not taste like regular toothpaste, or foam like regular toothpaste it delivers far superior results. You only need the tiniest amount of product on your toothbrush, a little really does go a long way! It leaves your whole mouth feeling incredibly clean!

I love this toothpaste; I've been looking for a good clay toothpaste for awhile now I use this along with the yogi tooth serum and I have noticed my teeth feel a lot cleaner and the clean feeling last all day! I have seen an improvement in my breath (which I also struggled with) as well as with the color of my teeth there getting whiter the stains are slowly lifting. and there is no real taste (except the yogi tooth serum, it taste horrible but works wonders) absolutely in love! also it seems like a small container, but you only need a pea size amount and that's plenty.
After 6 weeks of using Healthy Gums Clay Toothpaste i can now say i will never use toothpaste from anywhere other than LL. Although the container may look on the small side, you only need a tiny amount of this on a dry toothbrush (i use a really soft bristled one and let the paste do the work!). Over the course of this time I've noticed that my teeth don't look as yellow, are much smoother and it's become much easier to remove plaque. Amazing product!

I've just started using this Ozone clay tooth paste and its amazing, the smell and taste are the best things I've ever tried, it has already calmed my gums down a lot, I've been using neem oil on my teeth/gums for almost a year (not Nadines brand but another brand) but for me that didn't seem to do anything, but I've found the clay has been really great and I have noticed a difference in just over a week of using it.
