⚠️ Binding agents like charcoal and bentonite clay can slow bowel motility. Taking 1–2 capsules of magnesium hydroxide alongside binders may help maintain regularity and support toxin elimination.*

Suggested Use

• Protocol: 4-week moderate dosing – either 5 days on, 2 days off or 10 days on, 4 days off.
