A rich, raw organic mountain honey gathered high on Mount Helidona in central Greece - an area known for its unspoilt alpine landscape. Produced in small batches by beekeeper Vasilis, whose hives rest between 1,000 and 1,500 metres above sea level, this honey reflects the character of its mountainous surroundings.
Made predominantly from oak and chestnut sources, with wild herbs and a touch of fir, it offers a deep, complex forest flavour.
