Suggested use: We recommend adding reishi in your evening routine.  For example, take reishi for approx 1 hour before going to sleep. A pipette’s full straight under the tongue or in hot chocolate, tea, smoothie for instance.   How to use: Use sublingually by placing under the tongue and swallow.
