🍯 A rich, raw, organic mountain honey gathered high on Mount Helidona in central Greece — one of Europe’s most pristine natural environments. This limited-batch honey is created by beekeeper Vasilis, whose hives rest between 1,000 and 1,500 metres above sea level.
Made mainly from oak and chestnut nectar, with wild herbs and a touch of fir, it delivers a deep, fruity forest flavour that reflects its wild alpine origins.

🍯 Taste & Aroma
Aroma: Dark forest notes with hints of caramel, liquorice and warm spice.
Flavour: Bold and complex — layers of stewed forest fruits, molasses, and oak-chestnut depth. A gentle warmth lingers on the finish.
Colour & Texture: Deep amber with reddish tones; runny when fresh and may crystallise naturally over time.
🏔️ Origin
Collected from hives positioned high on Mount Helidona in the Evrytania “Greek Alps”, a region of pure mountain air and wild flora. The bees forage solely on local vegetation — never moved to lowlands — producing a honey that captures the untamed essence of the landscape.

❄️ Storage
Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight or heat to maintain flavour and natural enzyme activity.
Raw honey may crystallise over time — this is normal. To re-liquefy, gently warm the jar in hand-hot water.
💛 Why Choose Raw Honey
Raw honey comes straight from the hive with minimal handling. It’s unheated, unblended, and full of natural flavour, unlike heavily processed supermarket honey. Each batch reflects the season, the forage, and the landscape where it was created — no two harvests are ever quite the same.
