Artificial light sources such as LED lighting, computer screens and smartphones emit significant amounts of blue light within the visible spectrum. Unlike UV light, which is mostly filtered by the eye before reaching deeper structures, a proportion of visible blue light can pass through the cornea and lens and reach the retina. Because modern lifestyles involve extended screen exposure, many people choose blue-light filtering glasses to help reduce glare and blue-light exposure when using digital devices or spending long periods under artificial lighting. Day and Night YELLOWS Explained Research suggests that different wavelengths of blue light may have different effects depending on the time of day. Day YELLOWS Yellow lenses Block around 85% of blue light Suitable for daytime indoor environments Night YELLOWS Orange lenses Block over 95% of blue light Often worn in the evening when using screens or artificial lighting When to Wear YELLOWS YELLOWS are designed to be worn: Around artificial lighting indoors When using phones, computers or tablets While watching TV or gaming During travel in brightly lit environments In offices, schools, shops and restaurants They are intended primarily for indoor artificial light environments, rather than outdoor daylight use. Suitable for Adults, Teens and Children Children today are exposed to more screen time and LED lighting than previous generations, which is why many parents choose blue-light filtering glasses for indoor device use. YELLOWS are available in a range of sizes for: Children Teens Adults Size Guide Size Lens Width Bridge Temple Width Lens Height Kids – Small 44 mm 16 mm 128 mm 123 mm 43 mm Kids – Regular 48 mm 17 mm 130 mm 128 mm 36 mm Small Adults / Teens 50 mm 17 mm 140 mm 136 mm 38 mm Adults – Regular 52 mm 18 mm 145 mm 137 mm 39 mm Adults – Large 55 mm 18 mm 145 mm 142 mm 42 mm Most adults will find Regular the best fit. Reduce exposure to artificial blue light from screens and indoor lighting with blue-light filtering glasses. Designed for Modern Screen Use YELLOWS are blue-light filtering glasses designed to help reduce exposure to high-energy visible (HEV) blue light produced by digital screens and modern LED lighting. Today we spend more time than ever indoors under artificial lighting and in front of phones, computers, TVs and tablets. Many people choose blue-light filtering glasses to help reduce glare and blue-light exposure when using digital devices during daily activities. Day YELLOWS – Balanced Blue Light Filtering Day YELLOWS feature a yellow lens designed to block approximately 85% of blue light. yojo Health taVNS* Device (Stimulate Vagus Nerve) yojo Health taVNS* Device (Stimulate Vagus Nerve)
Yojo Health yojo Health taVNS* Device (Stimulate Vagus Nerve)
yōjō Vagus Nerve Stimulation System Daily nervous-system support for better sleep, calmer days and faster recovery yōjō is a complete nervous-system wellness system designed to help your body move more effectively from stress and high alert into rest, recovery and balance. At its centre is a non-invasive transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation device—known as taVNS—which delivers gentle electrical stimulation through an earpiece positioned against the skin of the ear. Unlike standalone vagus nerve stimulators, yōjō combines the physical device with a personalised digital platform, real-time biofeedback, guided nervous-system activities, health education and access to human coaching. The result is a practical daily programme designed to help you build a stronger, more flexible nervous system rather than relying on an occasional quick fix. What is the vagus nerve? The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body. It carries signals between the brain and many of the body’s major organs and plays an important role in regulating functions associated with: Rest and relaxation Sleep Digestion Heart-rate regulation Mood and emotional balance Inflammation Pain signalling Energy and recovery Immune-system communication Your autonomic nervous system continually shifts between two broad states. The sympathetic nervous system prepares you for action and is commonly associated with the “fight-or-flight” response. The parasympathetic nervous system supports rest, digestion, repair and recovery. Modern life can leave the stress response switched on for longer than necessary. Over time, this may contribute to feeling tense, overstimulated, exhausted, unable to switch off or “wired but tired.” The vagus nerve is one of the main pathways through which the parasympathetic nervous system helps bring the body back towards a calmer state. How does yōjō work? The yōjō device delivers gentle electrical pulses through the skin of the ear, stimulating areas associated with the auricular branch of the vagus nerve. This is known as transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation, or taVNS. The stimulation is non-invasive and does not require surgery, needles or stimulation through the neck. The yōjō earpiece is designed to sit securely in the ear, allowing you to complete a session hands-free. Regular use is intended to support parasympathetic activity and nervous-system flexibility—the ability to respond appropriately to stress and then return to a state of rest and recovery. yōjō combines this stimulation with personalised activities, education, habit-building tools and biofeedback so that you can understand your nervous system and track how it responds over time. Potential benefits of regular yōjō use Calmer stress response When your nervous system remains on high alert, even relatively small challenges can feel overwhelming. Daily vagus nerve stimulation may help activate the body’s natural calming response, supporting a greater sense of steadiness and making it easier to move out of stress mode. yōjō also provides guided breathing, mindfulness and nervous-system activities that can be used between stimulation sessions when you need additional support. Deeper, more restorative sleep Difficulty falling asleep is often connected to an inability to switch off physically and mentally. By encouraging parasympathetic activity, yōjō may help prepare the body for rest, reduce pre-bedtime tension and support the transition into sleep. The platform can also provide sleep-related education, relaxation practices, breathing techniques and personalised activities to help improve the habits surrounding your sleep. yōjō does not currently function as a conventional sleep tracker. Instead, it monitors nervous-system metrics related to stress, recovery and autonomic balance. More consistent energy Persistent stress can be physically and mentally draining, even when you appear to be getting enough sleep. By supporting better recovery and nervous-system regulation, yōjō may help you experience more stable energy throughout the day and reduce the feeling of being simultaneously tired and overstimulated. Faster physical and mental recovery Recovery is not only about resting your muscles. Your nervous system also needs to shift out of high alert before the body can fully relax, repair and recharge. yōjō is designed to support the body’s recovery response following exercise, demanding work, emotional stress or periods of poor sleep. This may be particularly valuable for people who train regularly, work in high-pressure environments or struggle to feel fully recovered between demanding days. Better mood and emotional balance The vagus nerve is involved in communication between the brain and body and contributes to the regulation of stress, mood and emotional reactions. Regular stimulation, combined with yōjō’s guided activities and health education, may help users feel calmer, clearer and less reactive during everyday life. yōjō is not a treatment for anxiety, depression or any other mental-health condition and should not replace professional medical or psychological care. Support for tension and day-to-day discomfort Stress, poor sleep, muscle tension and an overactive sympathetic nervous system can all influence how discomfort is experienced. By supporting relaxation, parasympathetic activity and nervous-system balance, yōjō may help reduce the stress and tension that can amplify day-to-day discomfort. It is not intended to diagnose or treat chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia or any other medical condition. Greater resilience A healthy nervous system is not one that is calm all the time. It is one that can respond to a challenge when necessary and then return to balance afterwards. Used consistently, yōjō is designed to help improve this flexibility, so your body can move more efficiently between activity, stress, relaxation and recovery. More than a vagus nerve stimulation device The yōjō system combines several different forms of nervous-system support. Daily ear-based VNS Complete a 30-minute, hands-free vagus nerve stimulation session using the device and earpiece. Personalised wellness programme Your yōjō experience is adapted around your goals, lifestyle, habits and nervous-system data. Your programme may focus on areas such as: Sleep Stress management Emotional balance Energy Physical recovery Performance Everyday discomfort Building healthier routines Real-time biofeedback Before and after a session, you can complete a short face scan using your phone’s camera. The technology analyses subtle changes in skin colour and tiny movements associated with blood flow and each heartbeat. From these readings, the yōjō platform can provide information and estimates relating to: Resting heart rate Heart-rate variability Respiratory rate Stress index Parasympathetic activity Cardiac workload Nervous-system balance Blood-pressure-related measurements This allows you to compare your readings before and after a session and observe how your nervous system responds. The measurements are intended for general wellness and biofeedback purposes. They should not be treated as clinical measurements or used to diagnose a health condition. Human coaching and care-team support Your membership includes access to human support rather than leaving you to interpret the technology by yourself. The yōjō care team can help you: Personalise your programme Understand your readings Build a consistent routine Select appropriate activities Identify patterns in your stress and recovery Get more from your daily sessions Ask questions through the yōjō platform Guided nervous-system activities The platform goes beyond electrical stimulation and may include short activities based around: Breathwork Meditation Mindfulness Gentle movement Acupressure Relaxation Emotional awareness Stress-management techniques Behaviour and habit formation Nervous-system and health education These activities can be used alongside your main VNS sessions or at other points during the day. Habit tracking Consistency is important when working with the nervous system. The yōjō platform is designed to help turn vagus nerve stimulation into a regular daily ritual by tracking use, encouraging healthy habits and adapting the programme around your progress. How to use yōjō A typical yōjō session follows a simple process. 1. Open the yōjō app Select the option to begin a VNS session. 2. Complete your pre-session face scan Use your phone’s camera to capture your starting nervous-system and cardiovascular wellness readings. The scan takes approximately 30 seconds. 3. Prepare the earpiece Apply a small amount of the supplied conductive gel to the appropriate contact area of the earpiece. The gel helps provide reliable contact between the electrode and the skin. 4. Position the earpiece Place the earpiece in your ear according to the supplied instructions. 5. Connect the device Switch on the yōjō device and connect it to the app. The app will search for your device and guide you through the session. 6. Select a comfortable intensity Increase the stimulation gradually until you feel a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation. The sensation should remain comfortable. A stronger intensity does not necessarily mean better results. Reduce the intensity if the stimulation feels unpleasant. Stop using the device if you experience burning, persistent itching, pain or significant discomfort. 7. Complete your session A standard session lasts approximately 30 minutes and can be completed hands-free. You can use the time to relax, read, work quietly or prepare for sleep. 8. Complete your post-session scan After the session, take another short face scan to see how your readings have changed. Recommended frequency For best results, yōjō recommends using the device consistently. The manufacturer’s current guidance is: Up to 30 minutes per session One or two sessions per day Do not exceed three sessions in one day Always follow the instructions supplied with your device and any personalised guidance provided by the yōjō care team. Battery and charging The yōjō device has an estimated battery life of approximately six to eight hours. A complete charge takes approximately three hours. Actual battery performance can vary according to device age, intensity settings and usage. What is included? Your yōjō package includes: yōjō transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation device Ear stimulation earpiece Device charger Conductive gel Protective carry case Access to the yōjō app Personalised wellness programme Real-time biofeedback Care-team consultation Ongoing human coaching Guided nervous-system activities Health and nervous-system education Habit and progress tracking Twelve months of access to the yōjō platform The physical yōjō device is yours to keep. yōjō platform subscription The initial purchase provides twelve months of access to the yōjō platform. The first two months of platform membership are free as part of the initial twelve-month package. After the initial twelve months, the platform subscription automatically renews at the manufacturer’s current rate of: £9.99 per month; or £110 when paid annually in advance The subscription can be cancelled in accordance with yōjō’s subscription terms. Cancelling stops future subscription renewals, and you keep the physical device. Access to coaching, personalised programmes, app-based biofeedback, educational content and other membership features may end when the paid subscription period finishes. Subscription prices and available payment options are controlled by yōjō and may change following appropriate notice. Who is yōjō suitable for? yōjō may be suitable for adults who: Find it difficult to switch off after a stressful day Feel frequently tense or overstimulated Experience a “wired but tired” feeling Want to establish a more consistent evening routine Want to support deeper relaxation and sleep Need greater support with physical or mental recovery Train regularly and want to improve recovery habits Want to monitor HRV and nervous-system-related metrics Prefer a guided programme rather than a standalone device Want human support while building healthier habits Are interested in non-invasive nervous-system wellness technology The device and platform are intended for people aged 18 and over. Important safety information Do not use yōjō if you are pregnant. Do not use the device without medical approval if you have an active implanted electronic or medical device, including: A pacemaker An implanted defibrillator A cochlear implant Another active implanted electrical device Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have, or are being treated for: Epilepsy or a seizure disorder Advanced heart failure A serious heart condition A bleeding disorder Uncontrolled cancer Diabetes involving nerve damage An autoimmune condition An active infection or fever Significant dizziness or fainting Blocked ears Recent ear surgery A condition affecting sensation in the ear Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Do not use the device on broken, infected, irritated or damaged skin. Possible temporary side effects associated with non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation may include: Skin irritation Headache Dizziness Nausea Fatigue Tingling or discomfort around the stimulation area These effects are generally described as uncommon, but discontinue use and seek appropriate advice if you experience a concerning or persistent reaction. Only the registered user should use the device. Although another person using the physical device may not necessarily damage it, sharing it can interfere with the accuracy of personalised readings, progress tracking and platform recommendations. Important wellness disclaimer yōjō is a general wellness and performance system. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder or medical condition. It should not replace medication, medical advice, psychological support, physiotherapy or any treatment recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Face-scan readings and other information provided by the yōjō platform are for wellness, education and biofeedback purposes only. They should not be used to diagnose a health condition or make medical decisions. YORO Naturals Yoro Naturals - Organic Manuka Balm, Nourish + Hydrate 120g
A New Chapter In Skin Nourishment We've had to say goodbye to our Organic Manuka Skin Soothing Cream due to multiple factors outside of our control, including having to leave our past manufacturer. When we couldn’t recreate the exact original formula with our new manufacturer, we upgraded our ingredients to bring you the next generation of gentle, effective care for sensitive skin. This ultra-gentle balm is still powered by rich, raw Manuka honey, but now it’s boosted with dermatologist-preferred sunflower oil to support the skin barrier and camellia seed oil for deeper hydration. We’ve also added Lactobacillus ferment, a natural probiotic to keep your skin’s microbiome healthy and balanced. Our balm melts into dry, sensitive, or eczema-prone skin, delivering lasting moisture and relief—without burning or stinging. And with 100% post-consumer recycled packaging, every jar supports both your skin and the planet. What’s Different (and Why It Matters) More Cream Per Jar - Our new producer can fill each jar with more cream than before. What was previously 2oz and 4oz is now 2.34oz and 4.23oz. Organic Virgin Cold Pressed High Oleic Sunflower Oil (replaces Organic Olive Oil) – Dermatologist-recommended for eczema-prone skin, sunflower oil is clinically shown to boost ceramides and strengthen the skin barrier—all without the irritation some experience from olive oil. Organic Virgin Cold Pressed Camellia Seed Oil (replaces Grapeseed Oil) – Lightweight, yet deeply hydrating, camellia (aka tea seed) oil is rich in vitamin E and polyphenols, helping calm inflammation and restore skin health with every application. Even Stronger Manuka Honey – Sourced from a UMF®-certified supplier, we now use 607 MGO / 16+ NPN Manuka Honey, third-party tested for authenticity and packed with antimicrobial, skin-healing power. In order to keep the active benefits of our Manuka, we only barely warm our formula to harmoniously blend the ingredients, always careful not to overheat and destroy the goodness Manuka provides. Lactobacillus Ferment – A natural probiotic extract to help support a balanced skin microbiome and reduce flare-ups caused by bacteria imbalance. Bonus, helps to preserve the formula and prevent baddies from growing in the jar. Removed Manuka Essential Oil - With our new more powerful Manuka Honey and the probiotic addition, we decided to omit the Manuka Oil since essential oils can be irritating for some.  Recycled Sustainable Packaging – Our gray jar is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic with zero added dyes (and naturally occurring specs) and sealed with biodegradable paper pulp seals and made tamper proof with recyclable sticker seals. A cleaner choice for your skin and the planet. Why You'll Love It Safe for all ages, including babies and nursing mamas Still only six ingredients Manuka honey (607+ MGO) supports skin healing and fights bacteria Sunflower oil helps restore the skin barrier and calm inflammation Camellia seed oil nourishes with vitamin E and antioxidants Lactobacillus ferment helps balance the skin’s microbiome Fragrance-free and essential oil–free Packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled plastic with eco-friendly seals Use it for Dry, sensitive, or compromised skin Eczema and dermatitis (including perioral and contact) Rosacea, psoriasis, and KP Diaper rash and baby eczema Chafing, razor burn, and post-shave irritation Cuts, scrapes, and minor wounds Sunburn and chemo burns New tattoos and itchy beards How to Use Apply as often as needed on slightly damp skin.

Wholefood Colostrum Capsules 90 count - 500 mg capsules (Immune Tree)

Ok I love colostrum and the immune tree are brilliant for me ! I spend an awful lot on supplements but I always have my immune tree colostrum and it definitely improves my immune system , I suffer from Addison's ( major and total adrenal insufficiency) I don't produce any of my own cortisol and it's exhausting even with replacing with hydrocortisone as it's a fixed dose three times daily and not my body regulating the dose. However since I began to take colostrum every day I have indeed noticed some increase in stamina and definitely improved immunity. I'd highly recommend this colostrum to any one and everyone wanting that extra boost for the immune system.

Dragon Herbs Young Lungs 100 capsules 500mg each

Take the mucus-melting, phlegm-expelling properties of Free The Lungs, combine with the cough-disappearing effect of Golden Air, add the ability to breathe deeper, and I still would not have encapsulated all the benefits that Young Lungs seems to provide. This formula has blown me away. For total respiratory health, this is THE product.
