Colostrum is the ‘first milk’ produced by cattle in the hours following their infants birth to develop the calfs immune system and trigger growth. Our colostrum is from certified grass-fed, regeneratively raised cattle and is ethically sourced from the surplus left after the calf has been fully nourished. We gently spray dry the milk into a powder, which is packed with nutrients, peptides and growth factors. This makes it an incredibly potent natural supplement that supports immunity, lean muscle / connective tissue growth, gut and skin health.
The Immunoglobulin G (igG) content of our Colostrum is 20%. This is an antibody, which plays a vital role in long-term immunity by binding to viruses, bacteria, and fungi to neutralise them.
Each bag contains 150g (15-50 servings). See 'How / When To Use' section below to work out what the right dose for you is.
Unfortunately, our previous Colostrum Powder (full fat) is no longer available, so we've changed to a slightly different version that ticks all the right boxes including; Grass-Fed certification, more protein & a higher immunoglobulin (igG) content, which makes it even more supportive for your immune system. If you'd like to learn more, please see our faqs and the nutrient breakdown in the product image gallery.
Why Colostrum Powder?
- Containing high amounts of immunoglobulins, Colostrum is arguably the best natural supplement for immune support.
- Supports gut lining repair / integrity, which in turn aids digestion, skin health, immunity, neurotransmitter production and detoxification.
- Boosts lean muscle and connective tissue growth.

How/When to Use?
We recommend mixing Colostrum with cold liquids, for example in a shake with milk or yoghurt in order to keep it as nutritionally dense as possible. Using a blender for this will help prevent it becoming lumpy. Alternatively, you may add the powder to a very small amount of liquid first to make it into a paste, then top it up with more water. Or you can even just spoon it into your mouth - it's really dry at first but this is actually our favourite way and we've had a bunch of customers say the same.
Depending on what you're using Colostrum for will dictate the dose:
- Boost Immunity = 3-8 grams per day
- Heal Gut Lining / Support Connective Tissue / Skin Health = 5-10 grams per day
- Aid lean muscle growth / bone health = 10 grams per day
Colostrum can be taken at any time throughout the day. However if you’re using it to heal leaky gut, we recommend taking a portion first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then another portion in the evening with your final meal of the day. If it’s being used to boost immunity, bone health or support connective tissue, any time throughout the day works. Whereas if you’re using it to aid with lean muscle growth, it’s best consumed post training. That said, it’s best to let your nervous system switch out of training mode and into rest mode to maximise absorption. Therefore generally it’s a good idea to give it 30 minutes after training to let your body settle before taking it.
Gut Health & Healing
The transforming growth factors within colostrum have been shown to heal the gut, which in turn supports digestion, immunity, neurotransmitter production and detoxification. Also, skin health is often a direct reflection of gut health. Therefore if you're looking to heal skin issues it's important to address the root cause, which usually involves healing the gut wall.
Growth Factors
Colostrum contains a multitude of growth factors, which support bone, cartilage and skin health as well as aiding with lean muscle growth.
Immune Function
Packed with immunoglobulins and macrophage stimulating factor, Colostrum is unparalleled in its ability to naturally support immune function.
