Longevity Essentials Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the Longevity Essentials Affiliate Program, powered by Social Snowball. The program rewards affiliates for introducing new customers to Longevity Essentials. The programme is run by Raw Perfection ltd. company number 04363879, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("Longevity Essentials", "we", "us"). By joining the program, or by continuing to take part after 1 October 2026, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
1. To join the program you must be 18 years or older.
2. You must hold a Longevity Essentials customer account in your own name, using your own email address.
3. Longevity Essentials may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, and may move affiliates between program tiers.
One Account Per Person and Household
1. Each person may hold one affiliate account and one customer account.
2. Only one affiliate account is allowed per household or delivery address, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
3. You must not create or use more than one customer account or affiliate account, whether under different email addresses, names, phone numbers or payment details, in order to earn commission, receive a referral discount, or both, on orders placed by you, by members of your household, or on your behalf.
4. We may identify linked accounts using information such as names, email addresses, delivery and billing addresses, phone numbers, payment details, IP addresses and devices.
5. If we find linked or duplicate accounts, we may: close every affiliate account involved; merge the customer accounts into one; cancel any pending commission; cancel any unspent store credit earned through the linked accounts; and refuse any future application to the program.
Qualifying Referrals
1. Commission is only earned on the first order of a genuinely new customer: someone who has never ordered from Longevity Essentials before, under any account or email address.
2. The referral discount is available to new customers only and can be used once per customer.
3. Self-referrals do not qualify. This includes orders placed by you, by anyone in your household, by anyone using your payment details, or by anyone acting on your behalf.
4. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say otherwise.
5. We decide whether an order qualifies, based on our Shopify and Social Snowball records. We will do so in good faith and will explain our decision if you ask.
Program Participation
1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.
2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate's referral code or link.
3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. You must not bid on "Longevity Essentials" or similar terms in paid search, or run paid adverts using your referral link, without our written permission.
5. You must not send spam or unsolicited messages to promote your code or link.
Advertising Disclosure and Health Claims
1. Whenever you share your code or link, you must make it clear that you may earn a reward, for example with "#ad" or "affiliate link", in line with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (CAP Code) and Competition and Markets Authority guidance.
2. Food supplements must not be described as preventing, treating or curing any disease. You must not make any health claim about a product other than those permitted under UK law, and you must not suggest that any product replaces medical advice or treatment.
3. You must not misrepresent our prices or offers, or present yourself as an employee or representative of Longevity Essentials.
Commission and Payments
1. Commission is paid as Longevity Essentials store credit (a gift card) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.
2. Commission is calculated on the order value after any discount, excluding VAT and shipping.
3. Your current commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commission rates are subject to change at Longevity Essentials’ discretion, and affiliates will be notified of any changes by email.
4. Commission may be held for up to 14 days before it is issued, to allow for returns, cancellations and checks. Returned, refunded or cancelled orders will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate's balance.
5. All commissions are subject to review and verification by Longevity Essentials. This process is to ensure the integrity of the program and may include the delay or withholding of payment while an investigation is conducted.
6. Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive or questionable sales or marketing methods, or in breach of these Terms, will be voided.
7. If store credit has already been spent on an order that is later found not to qualify, we may deduct the amount from any future commission.
Coupon and Deal Sites
1. Posting on coupon websites, such as CouponBird and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
2. Affiliates are encouraged to report any unauthorised use of their codes to Longevity Essentials for investigation.
Intellectual Property
1. Affiliates may not alter any brand assets provided by Longevity Essentials without prior written consent.
2. All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful and consistent with Longevity Essentials' brand guidelines.
Termination
1. Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice (email is fine).
2. We may suspend or close your affiliate account immediately if you breach these Terms, including the One Account Per Person and Household section.
3. If your account is closed for a breach, pending commission and any store credit earned through that breach will be cancelled. Store credit you earned legitimately before closure remains yours to spend.
4. We may close affiliate accounts that have not produced a qualifying referral in 12 months. We will email you before doing so.
5. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of Longevity Essentials branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.
Your Data
1. We use your personal data to run the program, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Social Snowball processes program data on our behalf.
2. You must not collect or store personal data about the customers you refer.
Limitation of Liability
Longevity Essentials will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with these Terms or the Affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email you at least 14 days before any significant change takes effect. If you continue in the program after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may leave the program at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Agreement
By participating in the Longevity Essentials Affiliate program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You understand that breaking any of these Terms may result in the closure of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any commission or store credit earned in breach of them.
