Extraction
To make sure that you are getting the strongest chaga extract we’ve developed the Extraction 2.0 method - this includes hot water and alcohol extraction with Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction.
Mushroom cell walls are made of chitin, a natural fibrous substance indigestible in the human gut. The chitin cell walls can be partially broken down with alcohol. We are using industry leading Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology. With the combination of water, alcohol and UAE we are able to draw water soluble and alcohol soluble compounds out of the mushrooms. The UAE method of extraction allows us to extract the important compounds of chaga more effectively and enhance the bioavailability of the Compounds of Interest in our mushroom tincture.
Therefore, extraction is fundamental in creating pure and potent mushroom extracts.
