Transcendent Soul Medicine
This beautiful blend truly feels like a gift to my body and soul. I have been using it in my salt pipe inhaler mostly, but it is truly a transcendent experience sniffed straight from the bottle or in a sauna. I feel more centered and grounded especially when I use it in the morning or before bed. This is helpful for a highly-sensitive and empathic individual such as myself. It certainly does bring vivid dreaming in both the waking and sleeping realms. I find myself feeling more connected to my body + soul and also feeling more uplifted and inspired. This blend also smells amazing, sacred and forest fresh. Just so dreamy and lovely! I am sad to say that just after a little over a month, my bottle is nearly gone. I would definitely repurchase in the future.

Deep Sleep with Vivid Dreams
As a night shift nurse, I have trouble with my sleep-wake pattern. Most times I try to sleep during the daytime to work at night, my sleep would get interrupted by either noise, or I would somehow wake myself up in the afternoon and therefore cannot go back to sleep. I purchased this on a whim thinking I could use it for some yoga.
I put this in my diffuser along with the Bedtime Blend, Immune Illume, and Feel Good Today oils. I also put some drops of the Sweet Sleep oil to my satin linens, pillow, and lambchop plushie. It actually worked! I had one of the best sleeps ever since starting as a night shift nurse! I also had really vivid dreams. Will update later on to see if this is a constant thing.

The salt inhaler, also known as a salt pipe has been featured on the Dr. Oz show and named one of Alternative Medicine’s 2010 Best New Products.
It is so simple and easy to use: Inhale deeply through the mouth and exhale through the nose for 10 to 20 minutes, making it a goal to use the inhaler on at least every other breath. Alternatively, you can practice alternate nostril breathing, holding the inhaler to each nostril and inhaling deeply, while exhaling through the other nostril.
After doing some experimentation, we have found that the inhaler works wonders when the salt is combined with essential oils. Salt Inhaler FAQs
How much salt should I add to my inhaler?
Your inhaler will come with a single bag of Himalayan Pink Salt. Add the entire contents of the bag to your inhaler. How often does the salt need to be replaced?The salt never needs to be replaced. Himalayan Pink Salt naturally replenishes and clarifies itself in order to stay clean. The essential oils may need to be refreshed as their aroma begins to fade. Feel free to keep adding oils to the salt in combination, or one at a time.
Which essential oils should be added to the salt inhaler?
Frankincense, Black Spruce, Immune Illume, Peppermint, Rosemary, and all of the fir oils are great choices for the inhaler because they support the immune and respiratory systems. Other elegant choices include: ylang, rose otto, cape chamomile, Roman chamomile, neroli, bergamot, lemon, lavender and marjoram.
Sweet Sleep Serum may be used before bed.
Bergamot and frankincense is cheery and fortifying for any anxiety.
You can also feel free to play around with oils like sage and lemon to lift the spirits and improve focus.
How much oil should be added to the inhaler?
Start with a minimum of five drops and keep testing to see what strength you prefer. We’ve found that at least 10 drops of oil work best, yet it truly is a matter of personal preference.
How do I add essential oils to the inhaler?
At the bottom of the inhaler, you’ll see a small opening (it looks similar to the opening on the bottom of a piggy bank). The oils can be added to this opening.
How do you use the salt inhaler? Hold the inhaler’s mouthpiece up to your mouth. Inhale deeply through the mouth and exhale through the nose. You can also bring the inhaler up to each nostril and perform alternate nostril breathing. Cover one nostril with your finger while inhaling deeply through the other nostril; switch and repeat, always exhaling through the nose.

Hi you beautiful angels, First of all, I appreciate very much the speed at which I received my salt inhaler. I was heavily burdened with trying to breathe through a long-standing lung infection complicated with the return of asthma symptoms (after 6 years of respite ~ the panic was awful .. ). My little friend arrived and I immediately filled him to the brim with the pink wonderful salt, adding 10 drops of Lungevity. Had to have for the whole family
I started with one Salt Inhaler and it was so effective we each have one in our family of four. Our oil of choice - Immune Illume and/ frankinsence. My daughter uses her inhaler in residence at University at the first sign of a cold/flu. In many cases the flu is mild or doesn't come at all. If her sinuses are clogged, 15 minutes on the inhaler and 'all clear"! My son is a hockey player who breathes in the moldy arena air - the salt inhaler s the perfect antedote when allergies or asthma act up. I have recommended this along with the oils it to several people as we all agree it is a much healthier alternative to prescription steroid inhalers which can be terribly hard on many systems in the body.

Third bottle of this I’ve had, the best colostrum out there. It tastes so delicious out of the capsule, even one pill somehow manages to improve digestion, give my skin a bit of a glow and give me a mood boost! I don’t know what it’s doing to have that effect on my mood, lowering inflammation in the gut or immune enhancing I don’t know, but it’s also stimulating and hard to sleep for me if I take too much, so I have to go slow. This stuff is changing my body faster than anything else. Fat is melting away yet since taking deer antler I've become ravenously hungry, needing to eat every 2-3 hours. I can tighten my trouser belt by another notch, all my clothes feel much looser on me, and my sciatica seems eased. This is an extremely potent supplement.
I will have to check again next month to make sure it is this medicine that helped me and shocked me. My TSH on October 16 was just over 100. On that day I started with 6 capsules a day, I got tested today, and my TSH is 12, that is a massive drop within 2 months. I took adrenal with this at 4 caps a day. I never noticed anything physically, like less brain fog, more energy....although my toilet is much better. I will report back in another 2 months, I should have normal TSh range. :) Along with taking this medicine, I have done Ujjai pranayam, a special way of breathing for 10 mins a day, and general exercise and I drank a teaspoon of coriander in warm water every other day.
