A Brown | 14/09/2012 I had a heart attack July 2010 and as a result I had a stent fitted and was put on the standard heart medications including Statins.I continued to train in the gym doing cardio and weights however I found that I had a lot less energy and strength. I can't tell if its doing anything great for my heart but I was shocked when my gums stopped bleeding (they have bled all my adult life).
