I was giving my mother trace mineral drops, but she was feeling sick. So I ordered these and so far it's only been 1 weeks and no problem with 1 capsule a day, building up to 6 soon. She did have a detox effect and told me on second and third day that her whole body was hurting... She seemed better today, š¤ Every week I am going to up 1 capsule
