If you are starting out with just one product, then the potent and versatile Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops are still the classic choice. Living Libations' Ozonated oral care products are a great addition to your protocol and are integrated in the steps below. Ozone is especially beneficial for lifting your oral ecology to a new balance and adding variety to your daily care. The Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel can be applied to the gums and left on as your last step in this effective ritual.

Step One: The Salt Rinse
Make a saltwater solution to keep in your bathroom (16oz of spring water to 1oz of salt in a mason jar). Add a drop of Yogi Tooth Serum or Healthy Gum Drops. Start with a saltwater rinse before brushing. Use a little shot glass, pour in a bit of brine, swish, and spit.

Step Two: Scraping the Tongue
Holding ends of tongue scraper, gently scrape the tongue from back to front 2-3 times. Rinse the scraper off each time.

Step Three: Brushing the Gums
Use a dry (ionic) toothbrush; add one drop of Yogi Tooth Serum, or Healthy Gum Drops, or Ozonated Healthy Gum Gel to one tiny drop of Neem Enamelizer on the brush. Brush gum down towards teeth for two minutes. Use special care over the gum line.

Step Four: Polishing the Teeth
Polish with a dry round-headed electric toothbrush. Use a tiny, half of a pea-sized amount of Ozonated Clay Tooth-Truth Paste or Tooth-Truth Powder Polish (you may add a drop of serum or Neem Enamelizer to this). Simple baking soda also works for this polishing step.

I just had a dental cleaning. It had been a year since my last one, and my hygienist told me that if no one had told him how long it had been, he would have said I had them cleaned a month ago. After brushing my teeth at bedtime, I use a drop of this and a drop of Yogi gum drops on my floss, then I put a very small amount of this along my gum lines. Gum recession has stopped as well.

Healthy Mouth
This is the second LL product I’ve tried after reading the great reviews. It makes your teeth so smooth and clean. Within two weeks or so, I swear my teeth became brighter (removed some stains). When I went to the dentist, my hygienist told me my gums look healthy! I have been alternating using this and conventional toothpaste. I found that the taste takes some getting used to :)

I've been using this gel for a little over a week, and it's worked extremely well to eliminate the burning and tingling feeling I had in my gums. In fact, it makes my mouth feel fresh, like the freshest, cleanest feeling ever. It's a spring breeze in my mouth. I rub it on my gums, douse it on my dental floss, or apply it to my gum line with interdental cleaner brushes. I don't ever want to run out of this. I can honestly say Ozonated Happy Gum Gel has given me back some peace of mind.

I bought this many years ago, and the taste is definitely my favorite one out of all the oral products (Happy Gum Drops closing in on a close second). I feel the difference in freshness on my gums, tongue, and mouth in general, and the effect stays for most of the day. I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I did for this product! This Happy Gum Gel, I use a few times a week. I just add a little bit to my floss and let it sit on my gums for about 10 minutes before rinsing. I used to have red/irritated gums, and since using this mixed with Living Libations toothpaste, I haven’t had any irritation in my gums at all. In fact, they are healthier than they have ever been. At first, I wasn’t a fan of the taste, but I got used to it, and it is actually pretty refreshing! Definitely worth the purchase. The little 10ml tube lasts a long time.
