We recommend mixing Colostrum with cold liquids, for example in a shake with milk or yoghurt in order to keep it as nutritionally dense as possible. Using a blender for this will help prevent it becoming lumpy. Alternatively, you may add the powder to a very small amount of liquid first to make it into a paste, then top it up with more water. Or you can even just spoon it into your mouth - it's really dry at first but this is actually our favourite way and we've had a bunch of customers say the same. Depending on what you're using Colostrum for will dictate the dose: Boost Immunity = 3-8 grams per day Heal Gut Lining / Support Connective Tissue / Skin Health = 5-10 grams per day Aid lean muscle growth / bone health = 10 grams per day Colostrum can be taken at any time throughout the day. However if you’re using it to heal leaky gut, we recommend taking a portion first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then another portion in the evening with your final meal of the day. If it’s being used to boost immunity, bone health or support connective tissue, any time throughout the day works. Whereas if you’re using it to aid with lean muscle growth, it’s best consumed post training. That said, it’s best to let your nervous system switch out of training mode and into rest mode to maximise absorption.     Third bottle of this I’ve had, the best colostrum out there. It tastes so delicious out of the capsule, even one pill somehow manages to improve digestion, give my skin a bit of a glow and give me a mood boost! I don’t know what it’s doing to have that effect on my mood, lowering inflammation in the gut or immune enhancing I don’t know, but it’s also stimulating and hard to sleep for me if I take too much, so I have to go slow. Love it and wish I could take tons as it’s literally one of the most beneficial supplements I’ve ever taken.

    I will have to check again next month to make sure it is this medicine that helped me and shocked me. My TSH on October 16 was just over 100. On that day I started with 6 capsules a day, I got tested today, and my TSH is 12, that is a massive drop within 2 months. I took adrenal with this at 4 caps a day. I never noticed anything physically, like less brain fog, more energy....although my toilet is much better. I will report back in another 2 months, I should have normal TSh range. :) Along with taking this medicine, I have done Ujjai pranayam, a special way of breathing for 10 mins a day, and general exercise and I drank a teaspoon of coriander in warm water every other day.
