I only need a little bite each day as it seems to fill me up right way (when I'm craving a chocolate snack). Amazing chocolate bar and is definitely worth the price. I use it at night before bed, and I wake up with beautifully moisturized, glowing skin. I will never go without this product! It smells really good too, reminds me of christmas pudding (maybe just an Irish/English thing?), quite a warm fragrance, but very subtle.
