Lumbrokinase Enzyme Supplement
Boluoke® is a supplement containing purified lumbrokinase, a group of enzymes derived from Lumbricus rubellus. Manufactured in Canada by Canada RNA Biochemical Inc., Boluoke® is standardised for enzymatic activity and supplied in acid-resistant capsules designed to protect the enzyme as it passes through the stomach.

What Is Lumbrokinase?
Lumbrokinase refers to a group of proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes extracted from earthworms. These enzymes have been researched in Asia for several decades and are standardised in Boluoke® to consistent enzymatic activity levels.

Suggested Use
Take 1–2 capsules one to three times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Capsules should be swallowed whole. The acid-resistant capsule is designed to help protect the enzyme until it reaches the small intestine.

Can Boluoke® be taken alongside blood-thinning medication?
If you are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet medicines, aspirin, NSAIDs or any prescription medication, you must consult your GP or healthcare professional before using Boluoke®.
Lumbrokinase may influence platelet function, therefore professional supervision is advised when combining with any medication that affects blood clotting.
Can the content of Boluoke® capsules be emptied out and taken without the capsules?
Boluoke® capsules are acid-resistant and designed to help protect the enzyme as it passes through the stomach. The capsule helps ensure delivery to the small intestine.
For best results, capsules should be swallowed whole on an empty stomach. Opening capsules is not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.
How long before surgery should patient stop taking Boluoke®?
If you are scheduled for surgery or a medical procedure, consult your doctor. As a precaution, many healthcare professionals advise discontinuing use approximately one week before surgery, unless otherwise directed.
Do not resume use after surgery without medical advice.
Can Boluoke® be safely taken with anti-platelet agents?

Does Boluoke® have any side effects?
Lumbrokinase has been used in traditional practice for many years. In published clinical observations outside the UK, mild reactions have occasionally been reported, including:

• Mild rash
• Digestive discomfort such as nausea or diarrhoea

Can Boluoke® be taken with other enzyme products?
