This will help prevent contamination from mercury, PCB's and other toxins in medium to large fish. The minimum daily requirement of Omega-3s as recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations ("FAO") is 1.5% of daily caloric needs. For example, if you consume 1,800 kcal per day of food, you should ingest at least 3 grams of Omega-3s. It tastes so delicious out of the capsule, even one pill somehow manages to improve digestion, give my skin a bit of a glow and give me a mood boost! I will have to check again next month to make sure it is this medicine that helped me and shocked me. My TSH on October 16 was just over 100. On that day I started with 6 capsules a day, I got tested today, and my TSH is 12, that is a massive drop within 2 months. I took adrenal with this at 4 caps a day. I never noticed anything physically, like less brain fog, more energy....although my toilet is much better. I will report back in another 2 months, I should have normal TSh range. :) Along with taking this medicine, I have done Ujjai pranayam, a special way of breathing for 10 mins a day, and general exercise and I drank a teaspoon of coriander in warm water every other day.
