FAQ
What is systemic enzyme therapy?
Systemic enzyme therapy refers to the therapeutic use of enzymes to support healthy cardiovascular, respiratory, immune systems, among others. Systemic enzymes are absorbed from the small intestine where they enter the bloodstream and execute their effects on the entire body as a system. Different systemic enzyme blends offer support to different areas of the body. ImmunoSEB™ is packed with potent proteolytic enzymes at high activities, and antioxidants required for supporting a strong immune system.
What is a systemic proteolytic enzyme?
Proteolytic enzymes break down proteins into their building-blocks, which are called amino acids. Systemic proteolytic enzymes are responsible for breaking down accumulated protein and waste substances found in the circulatory system and connective tissue.
How long should I take ImmunoSEB™ before feeling results?
The length of time to experience the benefits of systemic enzymes varies by individual. Some people notice a difference within days. For others, it’s a week or 10 days. For long-term benefits, it’s important to take systemic enzymes consistently over several months.
New systemic enzyme users should start off slow, with one capsule, three times daily. After three to four days of proven tolerance, the dose can be increased to a 2 capsules, 3 times per day. onitored, and dosage should be adjusted accordingly. There are several factors that may affect required dosage, including:
Height
Weight
Age
Tolerance
Time of administration (Better absorbed on an empty stomach)
Adherence to regimen
Nutritional state
What if I miss a dose?
Regular, consistent use of systemic enzymes will provide the best results, however missed doses of systemic enzymes do not have serious repercussions. Although symptoms alleviated by systemic enzyme therapy may resurface, getting back on track by remembering to take your next dose will suffice. There is also the option of incorporating another dose during the day. There is no need to “double up” on one dose. Also remember, systemic enzymes are best absorbed on an empty stomach.
Why is it important to take ImmunoSEB™ on an empty stomach?
Since most absorption occurs in the small intestine, the systemic enzymes survive the stomach intact. If enzymes are taken with food, they will likely begin working to break down your food within the stomach, rather than passing through to the small intestine. Taking systemic enzymes like ImmunoSEB with food will compromise their absorption, as well as their effectiveness.
Are there any side effects involved with ImmunoSEB™?
The use of ImmunoSEB™ has not been shown to exhibit detrimental effects, long term or short term. Minor side effects may vary. Gastrointestinal disturbances have been reported by a small percentage of new users, but once the dosage is adjusted, tolerance is maintained. Minor allergic reactions, like reddening of the skin, are also rare occurrences, and can be seen with extremely high doses. There are no known interactions with prescription or over the counter drugs while using systemic enzyme therapy. However, it is recommended that you consult with your physician about starting systemic enzymes, particularly if you are on blood-thinning medications, or are pregnant or nursing.
Can I take ImmunoSEB™ with other systemic or digestive enzymes?
Systemic enzymes may be taken together, yielding desirable results, as long as they are taken on an empty stomach. In fact, it is often recommended that systemic enzymes be combined. Separate blends or enzymes often work together to produce advantageous results. By combining and enhancing the activity of the enzymes, their effects on supporting the body are more attainable.
Neprinol is a revolutionary blend of systemic enzymes and antioxidants specially formulated to support healthy circulatory and immune function.*
Neprinol's vegetarian enzyme blend tested to be more than 500% more fibrinolytic than the leading animal-based enzyme formulation.† Neprinol's blend of systemic enzymes are similar to digestive enzymes, but are primarily used throughout the bloodstream rather than the gastrointestinal tract. Neprinol supports healthy levels of Endogenous Blood Particles or EBP’s.* EBP’s can be decayed cells, fibrin, fatty proteins, and other unwanted materials that normally accumulate in the blood.* Systemic enzymes like those in Neprinol support the body’s natural purification of these EBP’s, as well as maintaining healthy liver function and healthy inflammatory levels. Sustaining a healthy level of EBP’s is also beneficial for maintaining optimal immune and circulatory function.* Efficacy is of utmost importance to doctors and patients alike and Neprinol addresses this concern with a proven potency that can be utilized by healthcare professionals. Neprinol’s enzymes are remarkably different from typical animal derived systemic enzymes, which are sometimes derived from pork and cow sources. The enzymes in Neprinol are a combination of vegetarian and selectively potent microbial strains. Although these ingredients are extremely potent, they are well tolerated in the body. Neprinol can be recommended for both clinical use and therapeutic applications.
Recent medical breakthroughs, including clinical research performed on Neprinol, have led to the application of systemic enzymes to support the digestion of debris from the cardiovascular system.* This provides for a reduced level of EBP’s, which can support healthy inflammatory responses and their relation to joint discomfort and stiffness.* Healthy, reduced-EBP blood sustains relatively normal blood clotting factors as well. Enzymes support a healthy immune system and may support the repair damaged tissues, and even more remarkably, they require smaller doses over time to maintain their efficacy.*
Systemic enzyme products have been and continue to be under-utilized dietary aids, despite the fact that their use dates back further than most supplements. As we age, the need for enzymes increases significantly. Enzymes are essential to maintain a strong immune system, healthy joints, good circulation and overall balanced reaction to injury.* All of the enzyme components in Neprinol are derived from all-vegetarian sources, which by nature are biochemically more effective than those produced by the human body.* Supplementing with Neprinol, can replace these lost and valuable enzymes. Combined with proper diet and exercise they may drastically reduce vulnerability to a wide range of health concerns.*

Fibrin Defense
Fibrin is a protein formed in the human body responsible for scar tissue and thrombus formation. Neprinol contains a blend of fibrinolytic (fibrin degrading) enzymes that specifically address fibrin levels in the body. Our bodies normally secrete sufficient levels of plasmin, an important enzyme present in the blood that degrades many blood plasma proteins and blood clots. Plasmin, our own natural blood thinner, is responsible for maintaining normal blood solvency by removing unnecessary accumulated protein. The normal process of removing excessive fibrin can be enhanced by introducing fibrinolytic enzymes like those found in Neprinol.
Fibrinogen Over-Production
Hyper-coagulation & Fibrin Defense
Enzymes can be thought of as proteins on a mission. And when it comes to improving your health, one of the most potent targets an enzyme can seek and destroy is a fibrous protein called fibrin. Neprinol contains a powerful combination of fibrin-dissolving enzymes like serrapeptase, nattokinase and bromelain, as well as other natural ingredients. That is why it is known as Neprinol AFD – Advanced Fibrin Defense®. But to understand why the body needs help defending itself against fibrin you first need to understand a bit more about the protein itself.
Fibrin
Fibrin is an insoluble protein that plays a major role in the formation of blood clots and scar tissue. During the blood clotting process, the soluble protein fibrinogen converts into insoluble fibrin, which is then laid down inside the damaged blood vessel. The fibrin strands then assemble into a net-like gel that hardens and captures all of the materials necessary to patch the damaged vessel. This is the structural framework of a blood clot. Obviously, fibrin plays a vital role in the healing process; however, when there is fibrin overproduction, it can lead to the formation of dangerous and unnecessary blood clots in the body [1]. One factor that can lead to excessive fibrin is ageing.
As we age, the concentration of fibrinogen increases in our blood [2]. High levels of fibrinogen increases fibrin production, and as fibrin begins to accumulate in the blood vessels it generally leads to the formation of blood clots [3]. Healthy individuals usually have sufficient levels of plasmin, an enzyme that breaks up fibrin blood clots. Unfortunately plasmin production slows down as we get older so the normal process of removing excess fibrin is reduced. The result of this can be cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary emboli, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and other related disorders [4-8].
Neprinol
Research has shown that protein-dissolving enzymes like those found in Neprinol can slow the production of fibrin and enhance its removal from the body [1]. Neprinol's blend of enzymes generally tests well above 50,000 FU per gram, which means that 50,000 units of fibrin are broken down by each gram of Neprinol powder. Of the enzymes contained in this formula perhaps the most significant is nattokinase, which has been shown to be four times more powerful than our body's own plasmin at breaking down blood clots [9].
Nattokinase
Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto, a fermented soybean 'cheese' that is popular in Japan [10]. The ability of nattokinase to breakdown fibrin has been tested in more than 12 studies [11], and nattokinase has been shown to be the most potent fibrin-degrading enzyme out of more than 200 foods tested [3].
Researchers have found that nattokinase works much in the same way as plasmin [3], which means thatnattokinase literally dissolves fibrin, whether it is holding together blood clots or is part of scar tissue [12]. However, nattokinase also blocks the activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), which boosts its fibrin-destroying capabilities even more [9,13].
Plasminogen is made into plasmin, the body's fibrin-dissolving enzyme. However, the conversion process is inactivated by PAI-1. This is why high levels of PAI-1 reduce fibrin breakdown and removal [14]. Nattokinase increases fibrin breakdown by blocking PAI-1 so that more plasmin is produced.
Because of this nattokinase is not only able to stop dangerous blood clots from developing but also helps dissolve any clots that have already formed. As a result, oral nattokinase supplements are recommended for preventing cardiovascular disease [15]. Nattokinase has also been shown to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in high-risk patients in combination with pycnogenol[16].
Bromelain
Bromelain is an extract from pineapple that contains a number of fibrin-degrading enzymes [17,18], as well as enzymes that enhance this fibrin-dissolving action [19]. Bromelain was shown to increase the conversion of plasminogen into plasmin [20-22]. It has also been shown to prevent the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin [17]. However, unlike nattokinase, bromelain is not able to dissolve fibrin clumps that have already formed [17].
Because a high percentage of ingested bromelain is absorbed intact into the bloodstream, protein- and fibrin-degrading activity in the blood can be increased for hours after taking it [23]. Two large-scale trials in patients with heart problems showed that bromelain could almost completely eliminate thrombosis [24].
Serrapeptase
Serrapeptase is another important component of Neprinol's advanced fibrin defense. Serrapeptase is a protein-degrading enzyme isolated from the silk worm [25]. It has significant anti-inflammatory and fibrin-removal activity [26], which makes it ideal for preventing blood clot formation associated with cardiovascular disease.
Other Diseases Linked to Fibrin
The buildup of excess fibrin in the body can cause more health problems than just blood clots. Fibrin has also been linked to a number of chronic and progressive diseases like multiple sclerosis [27,28] and asthma [29]. As a result, Neprinol's fibrin-degrading enzymes could prove to be a good treatment option [1,30].
Breaking down fibrin using enzymes may also help a number of conditions that are difficult to treat, such as Peyronie’s disease, Dupuytren’s contracture and Ledderhose’s disease. All of these conditions are characterized by a loss of tissue elasticity, which leads to tissue tearing, then bleeding, clot formation and fibrin deposition. Over time, taking fibrin-degrading enzymes may reduce the amount of scar tissue built up in locations where there has been repeated damage and bleeding [1].
Finally, using enzymes to dissolve fibrin may also play a role in cancer prevention and treatment. Cancer cells often are surrounded by a fibrin coating [31]. Researchers think that the fibrin may provide a type of camouflage for these abnormal cells, allowing them to escape being destroyed by the immune system. It is possible that by removing this fibrin coating, the body could detect cancer cells and destroy them before they are able to gain a foothold in the body.
Advanced Fibrin Defense
As you can see, excess fibrin can wreak havoc on our bodies, especially as we get older and our natural production of enzymes decreases. However, Neprinol provides a combination of superior fibrin-active enzymes designed to keep fibrin levels in check. Neprinol is an excellent choice for anyone suffering from, or hoping to prevent, the harmful effects of excess fibrin.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Neprinol?
Neprinol is a proprietary combination of Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, Protease, Lipase, Bromelain, Papain, Rutin, Amla and other proteolytic enzymes that are specially formulated to assist your body's defense of the damaging effects of fibrin. Neprinol has been used to strengthen the immune and circulatory systems, maintain a healthy inflammatory response and to support the body's natural recovery process.*
What are Enzymes?
Enzymes are proteins (or protein-based molecules) that act as catalysts in biochemical reactions. Every enzyme has a specific reactant known as a substrate, which can be thought of like a lock and a key. Only a specific enzyme (or key) will react (or unlock) its substrate. This is the reason why enzymes are unable to break down necessary and vital tissue, as they only react with certain harmful proteins in the body.
What are "Systemic Enzymes"?
When enzymes are introduced into the bloodstream, they work “systemically”, or throughout the entire body. Taking enzymes on an empty stomach allows them to work systemically since they will bypass the upper digestive process and enter the bloodstream through the intestine. Systemic enzymes are similar to digestive enzymes, though certain enzymes are better designed for systemic activity as opposed to digestion due to the materials they react with, such as Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. These two enzymes are very efficient with the breakdown of a particular substance known as Fibrin.
What is Fibrin?
Fibrin is a protein substance naturally formed in the human body that plays a significant role in our health and general well-being. Fibrin is responsible for scar tissue formation, and is produced as a reaction to injury. Our bodies naturally maintain healthy fibrin levels with enzymes (principally plasmin) whose role is to attack and break down any excessive fibrin. As fibrin builds up in the body, it can cause many unhealthy conditions.
Why Neprinol?
As we age, our natural enzyme production decreases while the need for these enzymes is of increasing importance. Supplementing these valuable enzymes can combat enzyme deficiencies that can lead to a wide variety of health concerns. Healthy levels of these enzymes can assist the body in maintaining a healthy immune system, healthy joints, proper circulation and an overall balanced reaction to injury.
How Does Neprinol Work?
By supplementing and replenishing the body's diminishing enzymes, Neprinol provides one of our most essential and basic biochemical needs. It supplements the body's natural fibrinolytic enzyme levels thereby helping to maintain healthy fibrin levels: an underlying causative agent for many unhealthy conditions in the body.*
Is Neprinol Enteric Coated?
Enteric coatings are designed to protect enzymes and other supplements from stomach acid. Plastic-like chemicals known as phthalates are often used in this coating process. Phthalates are actually banned in children's toys in Europe and Mexico, so why would we ever include these in our formulas? Arthur Andrew Medical has instead developed an all-natural, chemical-free Acid Armor capsule. These capsules are comprised of an extra-thick layer of cellulose (vegetable capsules) with a micro threaded locking mechanism to prevent leaking. Acid Armor capsules have been designed to delay the release of the capsule's contents for up to an hour without the use of potentially harmful chemicals.
Is Neprinol Safe?
No serious or adverse side effects have been reported from taking systemic enzymes such as Neprinol*. Clinical studies have shown that even extremely large doses of these enzymes are not toxic. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult with your physician before taking Neprinol.

The word “systemic” means body wide. Systemic enzymes are those that operate not just for digestion but throughout your body in every system and organ. But let’s take first things first, what is an enzyme?
An enzyme is a biocatalyst - something that makes something else work or work faster. Chemical reactions are generally slow things, enzymes speed them up. Without enzymes the chemical reactions that make up our life would be too slow for life as we know it. (As slow as sap running down a tree in winter). For life to manifest as we know it, enzymes are essential to speed up the reactions. We have roughly some 3000 enzymes in our bodies and that results in over 7000 enzymic reactions. Most of these enzymes are derived or created from what we think of as the protein digesting enzymes. But while digestion is an important part of what enzymes do, it's almost the absolute last function.
First and foremost these body wide proteolytic (protein eating) enzymes have the following actions:
Natural Anti-Inflammatory: Inflammation is a reaction by the immune system to an irritation. Let’s say you have an injured right knee. The immune system, sensing the irritation the knee is undergoing, creates a protein chain called a Circulating Immune Complex (CIC for short), tagged specifically for that right knee. (The Nobel Prize in biology was won in 1999 by a scientist who discovered this tagging mechanism). This CIC floats down to the right knee and causes pain, redness and swelling; the classic earmarks for inflammation. This at first is a beneficial reaction because it warns us that a part of ourselves is hurt and needs attention. But, inflammation is self-perpetuating; itself creating an irritation that the body makes CIC’s to in response!
At this point, most people turn to their medicine chest and take a couple of Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Celebrex, Vioxx, etc. And the problem with that is: NSAID's work by keeping the body from making all CIC's!!! This ignores the fact that some CIC’s are vital to life, like those that maintain the lining of the intestines and those that keep the kidneys functioning! Not to mention the fact that the NSAID’s, along with acetaminophen, are highly toxic to the liver. Every year 20,000 Americans die from these over the counter drugs and another 100,000 will wind up in the hospital with liver damage, kidney damage or bleeding intestines from the side effects of these drugs. (4,5). This is where systemic enzyme use is so important.
Systemic Enzymes are the first line of defense against inflammation. (1,2,3). Systemic enzymes are perfectly safe and free of dangerous side effects and they have no LD-50, or toxic dose. (6). Best of all systemic enzymes can tell the difference between the good CIC’s and the bad ones because hydrolytic enzymes are lock and key mechanisms and their "teeth" will only fit over the bad CIC’s. So instead of preventing the creation of all CIC’s, systemic enzymes just “eat” the bad ones and in so doing lower inflammation everywhere. With that, pain is lowered also. Anti-Fibrosis: Systemic Enzymes eat scar tissue and fibrosis. (7). Fibrosis is scar tissue and most doctors learn in anatomy that it is fibrosis that eventually kills us all. Let me explain: As we age, which starts at 27, we have a diminishing of the bodies’ output of enzymes. This is because we make a finite amount of enzymes in a lifetime and we use up a good deal of them by the time we are 27. At that point the body knows that if it keeps up that rate of consumption we’ll run out of enzymes and be dead by the time we reach our 40’s. (Cystic Fibrosis patients who have virtually no enzyme production to speak of, even as children usually don’t make it past their 20’s before they die of the restriction and shrinkage in the lungs from the formation of fibrosis or scar tissue). So, our body in it's wisdom begins to dole out our enzymes with an eyedropper instead of with a tablespoon; as a result, the repair mechanism of the body goes out of balance and has nothing to reduce the over abundance of fibrin it deposits in nearly every thing from simple cuts, to the inside of our internal organs and blood vessels. This is when most women begin to develop things like fibrocystic breast disease, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and we all grow arterial sclerotic (meaning scar tissue) plaque, and have fibrin beginning to spider web its way inside of our internal organs reducing their size and function over time. This is why as we age our wounds heal with thicker, less pliable, weaker and very visible scars. If we replace the lost enzymes we can control and reduce the amount of scar tissue and fibrosis our bodies have. As physicians in the US are now discovering, even old scar tissue can be “eaten away” from surgical wounds, pulmonary fibrosis, kidney fibrosis and even keloids years after their formation. Medical doctors in Europe and Asia have known this and have used orally administered enzymes for these situations for over 40 years! Blood Cleansing: The blood is not only the river of life, it is also the river through which the cells and organs dispose of their garbage and dead material. Enzymes improve circulation by eating the excess fibrin that causes blood to sometimes get as thick as catsup or yogurt, creating the perfect environment for the formation of clots. All of this material is supposed to be cleared by the liver on its "first pass", or the first time it goes through but given the sluggish and near toxic or toxic states of everyone's liver these days that seldom happens. So the sludge remains in the blood waiting for the liver to have enough free working space and enough enzymes to clean the trash out of the blood. This can take days, and in some cases, weeks! (8). When systemic enzymes are taken, they stand ready in the blood and take the strain off of the liver by:
Cleaning excess fibrin from the blood and reducing the stickiness of blood cells. These two actions minimize the leading causes of stroke and heart attack causing blood clots. (8).
Breaking dead material down small enough that it can immediately pass into the bowel. (8).
Cleanse the FC receptors on the white blood cells improving their function and availability to fight off infection. (9). And here we come to the only warning we have to give concerning the use of systemic enzymes - don't use the product if you are a hemophiliac or are on prescription blood thinners like Coumadin and Heparin, without direct medical supervision. The enzymes cause the drugs to work better so there is the possibility of thinning the blood too much.
Immune System Modulating: Enzymes are adaptogenic seeking to restore a steady state to the body. (9). When the immune system is running low we become susceptible to infectious disease, when it’s cranked up too high then the system creates antibodies that attack it's own tissues as are seen in the auto immune diseases of MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Lupus. Here the enzymes will tone down immune function and eat away at the antibodies the immune system is making to attack its bodies own tissue. Virus and Bacteria Fighting: Viruses harm us by replicating in our bodies. To do this a virus must bond itself to the DNA in our cells through the medium of its exterior protein cell wall. Anything that disrupts that cell wall inhibits the ability of viral replication by rendering individual viruses inert. (10,11). Systemic enzymes can tell the difference between the proteins that are supposed to be in your body and those that are foreign or not supposed to be there, (again the enzyme lock and key mechanism). Serrapeptase has the strongest protein eating effect of any commercially available enzyme and can be of help in combating viruses. Systemic Enzymes also have been found to have mild anti-bacterial properties. A bacteria is a foreign protein (exogenous). Proteolytic enzymes eat exogenous proteins in the body. One note: many in the States have learned in school that enzymes are too big a protein to be absorbed through the gut. The pioneering research done in the US by Dr. Max Wolf (MD & PhD x7) at Columbia University in the 40’s through the 70’s has not made it to the awareness of most doctors. There are currently over 200 peer reviewed research articles dealing with the absorption, utilization and therapeutic action of orally administered systemic enzymes. A search through Pub Med using the key words: serrapeptase, papain, bromelain, trypsin, chymo trypsin, nattokinase and systemic enzyme will yield some of the extensive work. Systemic enzymes now have a 4 decade plus history of widespread medical use in central Europe and Japan.

Why Zymessence®: Because You Asked and We Listened! The New Formula is Even Stronger!
You asked for a systemic enzyme that did not need to be taken by the handful (not the recommended dose on the label but how many you actually have to take to get good effects, usually: 10 - 60 capsules/tablets a day).
With Zymessence®, you only need to take 2 to 3 capsules a day!
You asked for a systemic enzyme that was affordable.
With Zymessence®, a 60 day supply will only cost $89.95 at the full suggested retail price!
What Makes Zymessence® Better: It's All in the Mix!
Zymessence™ is part of an emerging "new breed" of products in the field of Systemic Enzyme Therapy. It combines the best of both the "Old School" and the "New School" science of proteolytic enzymes to form a super effective and affordable blend. The "Old School" Systemic Enzymes, blended animal pancreatin (usually a 4X, 6X, 8X or 10X dilution) with fruit enzymes and then added Trypsin and Chymotrypsin extracts (also from Pancreatin) to create a wide-ranging and effective action. The drawback is Trypsin and Chymotrypsin are extremely expensive so not a lot is put into each tablet or capsule! The upside to using animal based pancreatin is research and clinical experience show that these enzyme blends last 24 to 36 hours in the body. The "New School" Systemic Enzymes, blend fruit, vegetable and fermented fungal based enzymes (such as fermented Serrapeptase), to increase the action of their product. As Serrapeptase is substantially stronger than Trypsin or Chymotrypsin, it does in fact increase the effectiveness of these enzyme blends several fold. The drawback is that clinical experience and research both show that these enzyme products only have 4 to 6 hours of action before they leave the body. The upside is Serrapeptase, though stronger, is far less expensive than Chymotrypsin and Trypsin so more can be put into each tablet or capsule! Zymessence® takes a page from the "Old School":
The Zymessence® blend uses undiluted, full strength animal (porcine) based Pancreatin (with its naturally occurring Trypsin and Chymotrypsin) for its longer lasting effects.
Zymessence® takes a page from the "New School":
Then Zymessence® combines the usual fruit enzymes with Serrapeptidase (Serrapeptase) to greatly increase its effectiveness while keeping costs low!
And More... Zymessence® uses "enteric matrix technology":
Common enteric coatings just on the outside of a tablet or capsule are meant to protect the contents against destruction by stomach acid. Most enzymes are very sensitive to acids and are easily destroyed. But mere enteric coatings on the outside can be scratched or pitted just by the tablets/capsules knocking around inside their bottle! This allows stomach acid to enter the product and deactivate it before it has a chance to do any good. The "Enteric Matrix Technology" used in the production of Zymessence® means the entire caplet is protected inside and out by an enteric film that runs through every micro-granule within it, thus ensuring greater protection of the enzymes and increased absorption for you!
Zymessence®, the first and only systemic enzyme blend actually developed by Dr. William Wong, ND, PhD
Dear Dr. Wong: I am on my 2nd bottle of Zymessence and LOVE it. I have MS and Fibromyalgia therefore cannot live without Zymessence for imflammation and immune support! AND, as a bonus it has helped my allergic reactions that I've developed to peanuts and some grains-stopped skin from itching, etc. Rita B. Customer Testimonial

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Neprinol contains Pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. The product is provided exclusively through licensed health-care practitioners and supplementation outlet stores. Neprinol is 100% natural and contains no animal derivatives.

Systemic Enzymes Help You Feel Better, Look Better, and Live Longer
Enzymes are said to be the “sparks of life.” They are considered keys that can unlock the door to a healthier you because they not only help improve digestion and nutrient absorption; they are also responsible for millions of bodily functions.
Vitalzym contains potent proteolytic enzymes designed to support health. It is an extremely effective systemic enzyme blend with a high Serrapeptase content. Vitalzym works synergistically to provide total system support. According to Dr. Peter Streichhan, a world-renowned enzyme researcher from Germany, "enzyme mixtures have a wider range of therapeutic advantages than do individual enzymes." 1
Vitalzym is specially engineered to help support:
Healthy inflammation response
Healthy blood sugar levels
Healthy immune systems
Healthy joint function
And so much more
Enzyme authority Dr. Anthony Cichoke says, "Every day, researchers throughout the world are discovering new enzymes and new therapeutic uses for them...Researchers are even studying enzyme replacement therapy devising new treatment methods for diseases that they have historically been unable to treat. This includes many diseases that result from inborn errors of metabolism, such as the inability of the body to make a particular enzyme."
Original Vitalzym is a hybrid formula that combines systemic and digestive delivery to provide total system support. It contains protease, serrapeptase, papain, bromelain, amylase, lipase, rutin and amla.
Vitalzym systemic proteolytic enzyme therapy assists the body in fighting:
Autoimmune conditions
Fibromyalgia symptoms
Uterine Fibroid Tumors
Pain and Inflammation
Fibrosis of the organs
Scar tissue
Toxins and impurities in the blood
Viruses
Our bodies have a variety of functional units, such as a digestive system, an immune system, a cardiovascular system, and a circulatory system, just to name a few. Each system requires energy in order to perform optimally. It just so happens that enzymes provide this much needed energy for the successful completion of each biological function.
The Purpose of Enzymes
Enzymes are said to be the “sparks of life.” They are considered keys that can unlock the door to a healthier you because they not only help improve digestion and nutrient absorption; they are also responsible for millions of bodily functions.
What exactly are enzymes? They are proteins that are responsible for every chemical reaction that goes on in your body; governing all functions related to your tissues, muscles, bones, organs, and cells. Every second of our lives, over 3,000 different enzymes are constantly renewing and changing, often at unbelievable speeds.

Enzymes are responsible for everyday bodily processes, such as:
Metabolism
Digestion
Breathing
Movement
Liver function
Immune regulation
Viscosity of blood
Cellular detoxification
Energy production
Stamina
Ability to utilize vitamins and minerals
Enzymes have been studied since the early 1900s. Even though there is over a century's worth of information regarding their use, we still have much to learn about them. Although, one thing is for certain; life as we know it, would not exist without them.
Over the last decade, science has uncovered numerous roles for enzymes than ever thought possible, as they literally initiate millions of reactions within your body. In fact, many health care professionals are now advocating the use of enzymes for various conditions and post-operative healing.
When referring to enzymatic supplements, it's important to distinguish between those used for digestionand those used systemically.
Digestive enzymes are taken orally with food in order to help break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for improved digestive function and nutrient absorption. Original Vitalzym can assist with digestion, but are not primarily a digestive enzyme.
Systemic enzymes, such as those in original Vitalzym, are taken orally in between meals on an empty stomach. This way they can be absorbed by the intestines into the bloodstream where the body can utilize them for countless bodily processes.
Vitalzym Systemic Enzyme Therapy
As we age, our body's natural production of enzymes begins to slow down. Some health care professionals believe that our natural production of enzymes starts to decrease after the age of 27. It is not too long after this that many of us begin to notice symptoms of low enzyme production, which can include:
Slow wound healing
Increased scarring
Poor digestion
Fibrosis conditions
Internal inflammation
Dr. Anthony Cichoke, enzyme authority, states in his book, Enzymes and Enzyme Therapy, that "Our body's ability to function, to repair when injured, and to ward off disease is directly related to the strength and numbers of our enzymes.” 1
Supplemental enzymes like those in Original Vitalzym, New Vitalzym andVitalzym Cardio along with proper diet and exercise can help to maintain your normal enzyme levels and balance your body's own repair mechanisms. They can also help reduce the incidence of inflammatory and fibrosis conditions.

Vitalzym Cardio (formerly VitalzymSEB) was introduced in 2005, after much success of the original Vitalzym, which has become one of the leading systemic enzyme formulations available. Vitalzym Cardio is formulated with your cardiovascular wellbeing in mind. The SEBkinase blend contains "heart healthy" enzymes that may cleanse the blood of excess fibrin and reduce vascular inflammation.*Countless sufferers of chronic conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, systemic inflammation, fibroids, and many more have found relief with the regular use of Vitalzym. A common benefit of Vitalzym has been its ability its ability to cleanse the blood. World Nutrition and Specialty Enzymes have taken the cardiovascular support of Vitalzym and harnessed it with nattokinase and other "heart healthy" nutrients to create an enzyme formulation specifically to support cardiovascular wellness. Vitalzym Cardio also contains powerful antioxidants, such as CoQ10, which has been shown to have significant impact on heart function.*Reduce Fibrin in the BloodThe fibrinolytic enzymes in Vitalzym Cardio have been shown to have the ability to digest excess fibrin (protein buildup) in the blood, which allows for improved blood viscosity. Stacked red blood cells (or Rouleau effect) often reflect poor protein digestion. Symptoms can include fatigue, stress on the heart, and poor circulation. The ingredients in Vitalzym Cardio have been shown, using darkfield microscopy, to significantly reduce the stacking of red blood cells.*C-Reactive ProteinsIncreased vascular inflammation has been recently shown to be a factor in many debilitating issues. C-Reactive Protein levels are used as a marker for vascular inflammation. Then enzymes in Vitalzym Cardio have been shown to reduce the levels of C-Reactive Proteins.*Vitalzym Cardio IngredientsNattokinaseNattokinase is a fibrinolytic enzyme extracted and purified from natto, a fermented soybean food used by the Japanese for thousands of years as a traditional food medicine.Nattokinase was first identified in 1980 by Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi, M.D., Ph.D., who was researching thrombolytic enzymes with the hope of finding a natural agent that could successfully dissolve thrombus associated with cardiac and cerebral infarction (blood clots associated with heart attacks and stroke). After testing more than 200 natural foods as potential thrombolytic agents, Sumi found that natto possessed a substance with a "a potency matched by no other enzyme." Dr. Sumi named the newly discovered enzyme nattikinase.*By dissolving fibrin more completely than any other substance tested by Dr. Sumi, nattokinase may be particularly effective in helping the body fight blood clots. Its thrombolytic activity is enhanced by the enzyme's ability to boost the body's production of both plasmin and other clot-dissolving agents, including endogenous urokinase.*SerrapeptaseSerrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme that is able to digest dead tissue, blood clots, and cysts. Clinical studies show that serrapeptase induced fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-edemic activity in a number of tissues, and that its anti-inflammatory effects are superior to to other proteolytic enzymes.*Serrapeptase has been used in Europe to treat arterial blockages due to its ability to alleviate arterial inflammation and dissolve blood lots. It has been used to treat arthritis, fibrocystic breast disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other fibrinolytic, viral, and inflammatory conditions.*DetoxificationSystemic enzymes will help rid the liver of toxins. Some users will experience a detox reaction to the enzymes, including short-term fatigue, nausea, or headache. Liver detoxification reactions are a beneficial cleansing for the body. Increased water intake can assist in the process; reducing the enzyme dosage will slow the rate of detox. Enzymes also help cleanse metabolic debris and help mainain vital blood quality.*

Neprinol AFD 300caps (Arthur Andrew Medical)
I had a large varicose vein on my leg that’s been causing me problems for years. I’d received a substantial quote to remove it using sclerotherapy. I’m 70. My daughter bought me these tablets for my general health. I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night. After about two weeks of taking these, my painful varicose vein disappeared. No need now for vein treatment. I feel great - I certainly do not feel 70! My daughter had bought these previously from another website but will now buy from longevity. Brilliant service and quick delivery.

Modifilan Brown Seaweed Extract, 90 Capsules, 500 mg
As well as removing metals from your body, these capsules are great for constipation, and continue to work long after the end of a bottle. And of course, completely natural.

Dragon Herbs Young Lungs 100 capsules 500mg
Take the mucus-melting, phlegm-expelling properties of Free The Lungs, combine with the cough-disappearing effect of Golden Air, add the ability to breathe deeper, and I still would not have encapsulated all the benefits that Young Lungs seems to provide. This formula has blown me away. For total respiratory health, this is THE product.

The Energy Blueprint - Energenesis 432.5g
I have adrenal insufficiency and another crash/hospital admission left my body very depleted. I've been taking an arsenal of supplements to support my cellular health and recovery but I have definitely felt a difference in energy levels since starting the energenesis - i could almost feel my cells tingling! The taste is very sweet and I find adding it to a smoothie makes it more palatable. It is on the pricey side but for me the science makes sense and it's a worthwhile investment in my health - thank you for bringing this product to my attention!

Surthrival Colostrum 180caps 500mg
Third bottle of this I’ve had, the best colostrum out there. It tastes so delicious out of the capsule, even one pill somehow manages to improve digestion, give my skin a bit of a glow and give me a mood boost! I don’t know what it’s doing to have that effect on my mood, lowering inflammation in the gut or immune enhancing I don’t know, but it’s also stimulating and hard to sleep for me if I take too much, so I have to go slow. Love it and wish I could take tons as it’s literally one of the most beneficial supplements I’ve ever taken.

Living Libations Green Papaya & Lime AHA mask
I have quite sensitive skin so wondered how my skin would react to this product. I applied a thin layer over my face and left for 15 minutes then lightly massaged and rinsed off with warm water. My skin felt soft and smooth after, and was not dried out. I'm looking to using it weekly/bi-weekly as part of my skincare routine.

Zymessence 180 capsules, WAM Essentials (Dr Wong)
Highly recommend. Certainly notice once stop taking. For chronic symptoms 3 per day on an empty stomach seems to help although the label advises one capsule for maintenance.

Mr Oxygen's SUPER OxyFlush 120caps
Firstly, I have been a client of Longevity Essentials for the last two years. Wonderful family business. I found this company just by chance when I found the Aggressive Health Book written by the founder of this website/company – Mike Nash. Fab book that is the genesis of my health program. Mr Oxygen Super Oxyflush is heaven sent. I have been taking for nearly four weeks and what an improvement in my gastrointestinal system. If you have more than one of the following - digetive issues, constipation, bloating or gas, taken in the past antibiotics, strong craving for sweets, bread or alcoholic drinks, psoriasis or skin infections, have had parasites, dealing with fatigue, depression, poor memory or nervous tension, dry skin, rashes, nail infections. Circulatory problems – cold hands and feet. This product along with the following will help: I am currently taking it with the Mr Oxygen Oxyflush and the Immune Tree liquid Oxygen. It best to take them all on an empty stomach – first two capsules of Oxyflush, NEXT take the Oxysulfur with ascorbic acid, NEXT take the Immune Tree Liquid Oxygen. These three will diffidently clean and purify your digestive tract, every organ, blood vessel and cell in the entire body. It does this by liquefying the waste in the system and passing it out through the bowels and urinary tract. Mr Oxygen’s OxySulfur is absolutely the best on the market in my opinion. I have been taking MSM Sulphur for the last three years only noticing moderate results. However, after taking OxySulfur for just four weeks I noticed a vast difference. My hair is shiny and bouncer, my fingernails are strong and white, and my skin is smooth as satin and radiant. Just recently I purchased the last in stock, that is how good this product is.

Organixx – Magnesium 7 60caps
My second bottle. I am happy with it, and it makes a difference to the quality of my sleep. Thank you.
This stuff is changing my body faster than anything else. Fat is melting away yet since taking deer antler I've become ravenously hungry, needing to eat every 2-3 hours. I can tighten my trouser belt by another notch, all my clothes feel much looser on me, and my sciatica seems eased. This is an extremely potent supplement.
I will have to check again next month to make sure it is this medicine that helped me and shocked me. My TSH on October 16 was just over 100. On that day I started with 6 capsules a day, I got tested today, and my TSH is 12, that is a massive drop within 2 months. I took adrenal with this at 4 caps a day. I never noticed anything physically, like less brain fog, more energy....although my toilet is much better. I will report back in another 2 months, I should have normal TSh range. :) Along with taking this medicine, I have done Ujjai pranayam, a special way of breathing for 10 mins a day, and general exercise and I drank a teaspoon of coriander in warm water every other day.
