It is now part of my morning. Marzia My first experience of truly delicious honey occurred when I was 18 and taking a gap year before starting university. During this time, I spent 6 weeks on Crete and had raw honey and yoghurt every day. It was extraordinary - fragrant and complex, unlike any honey I'd had before. I have tried many honeys' since and your Rosemary honey comes closest. It tastes of dry, hot sunshine and Rosemary tinged sweetness. Kelly The rosemary honey is my favourite firstly because of the wonderful flavour. Antonio - Heather Honey 970g (Raw, Organic, Runny)
Raw Honey Shop Antonio - Heather Honey 970g (Raw, Organic, Runny)
Description Prize Winner in the Great Taste Awards 2017 According to the judges: "Heavily aromatic. Treacly, almost fudgy in texture. There's an almost molasses richness and tinge of bitterness. Some deep meadowy flavours - more herbaceous than fruity, we feel. It has length and persistence." and "Deep brown, glossy, thick honey. The honey has a caramel aroma, and the dried fruit flavour comes through well and is rich and balanced. We would see this working well for a number of purposes - fruit, yoghurt or on toast." This is an amazingly deep tasting shrub honey; it has a depth of flavour with a pronounced bitterness similar to dark chocolate or black tea. It comes from the bees feeding on the low lying heather shrubs often on mountainous terrain. Heather is a favourite plant of bees. Despite not being a tree, heather honey has properties of a tree honey, namely its potent taste and dark colour. If you have not had heather honey previously, we would recommend trying a 50g jar before purchasing a full-size jar as the flavour can be quite intense. Why Raw Honey is different to Processed Honey - Raw honey generally means the honey has not been processed, it has come from the hive to the jar with minimal interference. Most supermarket honey is highly processed to make it look more attractive, it has been drained of pollen, often heated and blended. Raw honey tends to vary from batch to batch, this is because it is not processed in a factory, filtered or heated to look homogeneous, it changes with the season and climate and what the bees feed on, we will update this fact sheet according to which batch we currently have in. Colour - This particular honey is brown in colour, slightly red in the light. Runny State - Heather honey tends not to stay runny for long due to a high glucose content. Set State - Heather honey develops small to medium crystals fairly quickly after harvesting, it is quite rare to get it completely runny. Honey Facts - This particular type of heather honey comes from the plants erica vagans and erica cinerea. Heather has 2 main genus, calluna also known as ling and erica or ericaceae, both are noted for being some of the best honey varieties you can obtain. Origin - This variety of heather honey comes from the northern mountain ranges of Madrid in Spain known as Sierra De Guadarrama. Plant / Tree The heather shrub also known as brezo in Spanish is a small mountain hugging evergreen which produces many flowers and loves acidic soils.Common Uses Heather honey is particularly good to use in different recipes, such as: Greek yoghurt, ice creams, glazes for meats and to add a unique zing and depth to a dish.Beekeeper - This heather honey comes from Antonio, a 4th generation beekeeper who takes pride in producing honey in a traditional way, without adding or taking away anything. Antonios hives are based in the mountain ranges of north of Madrid, the land he has his hives on has been certified as organic by the Committee of Organic Agriculture in Madrid. Please know that raw honey does crystalise and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey.
Antonio - Chestnut Honey 970g (Raw, Organic)
Raw Honey Shop Antonio - Chestnut Honey 970g (Raw, Organic)
Description Antonio's Raw Organic Chestnut Honey is a deep and malty-tasting tree honey. It has a beautiful, rich and nutty flavour, which many people adore. This honey comes from bees feeding on sweet chestnut trees. It is quite different from the blossom varieties which are light and subtle - this is dark and more potent.  More on the flavour: Antonio's raw organic chestnut honey is a beautiful, deep-flavoured variety. It has slight caramel notes as well as a deep sweetness and a touch of bitterness too. The nutty flavour of the chestnut carries through as well as a taste a little similar to maple syrup but slightly more rich and malty. Chestnut can lend a bitter taste to honey but not always, it is known to be one of the most varied types of honey in taste, differing greatly from one area to another and from one season to the next. Colour of this batch : Mid to dark brown, a slight red in the light.   Where does the honey come from?  This variety of chestnut honey comes from the mountains around Burgos in northern-central Spain. Who produces the honey?  The bees of Antonio Simone, a 4th generation beekeeper who takes pride in producing honey in a traditional way without adding or taking away anything. Antonio's hives are mainly based in the mountains north of Madrid. His beekeeping practices and the land he has his hives on have been certified as organic by the Committee of Organic Agriculture in Madrid What about the plant the honey comes from? The sweet chestnut tree, also known as Castano in Spanish, is a large deciduous tree which produces edible nuts. The bees feed on the tree's sap and blossoms. Common Uses: Chestnut honey is particularly good to use in different recipes, such as: cakes, cookies, desert toppings, ice creams, warm honey teas, salads and meat glazes.  Also, it is delicious poured over cheeses. This is because of the rich, nutty and malty flavour it lends. More Chestnut Honey Facts: Chestnut honey is often higher in fructose than other types, this serves as good source of energy. Hence, a spoon of chestnut honey helps to relieve fatigue immediately. Please note that this current batch of Chestnut does appear to be crystalising very quickly.  If you have found that your honey has started to crystalise and you would prefer it liquid you can do this:- Put it on a radiator and drape a tea towel over the jars. Then leave it overnight. If it's not liquid by morning then leave it a little longer. You might think that the heat from this process will damage the honey - the important thing is that you don't heat the honey beyond 40 degrees (which is how hot the hive can get in the summer when the bees are at work evaporating moisture to thicken the honey). If the radiators are very hot then put something like a book under the jars and then drape a tea towel over the jars. The book will protect the honey from direct heat above 40 degrees from the radiator and the tea towel will ensure that hot air can circulate around the honey helping to liquefy it.

Wholefood Colostrum Capsules 90 count - 500 mg capsules (Immune Tree)

Ok I love colostrum and the immune tree are brilliant for me ! I spend an awful lot on supplements but I always have my immune tree colostrum and it definitely improves my immune system , I suffer from Addison's ( major and total adrenal insufficiency) I don't produce any of my own cortisol and it's exhausting even with replacing with hydrocortisone as it's a fixed dose three times daily and not my body regulating the dose. However since I began to take colostrum every day I have indeed noticed some increase in stamina and definitely improved immunity. I'd highly recommend this colostrum to any one and everyone wanting that extra boost for the immune system.

Ancestral Supplements - Ancestral Protein Powder 744g Chocolate

Protein Powder restocked so I was eagerly awaiting for it to arrive which it did so extremely promptly. I have only been using the power for 6 days. I immediately noticed muscle gains in terms of size but more shockingly my itching due to eczema is considerably less. Good result all round!

Dragon Herbs Young Lungs 100 capsules 500mg each

Take the mucus-melting, phlegm-expelling properties of Free The Lungs, combine with the cough-disappearing effect of Golden Air, add the ability to breathe deeper, and I still would not have encapsulated all the benefits that Young Lungs seems to provide. This formula has blown me away. For total respiratory health, this is THE product.
