What is Ashwagandha and where does it come from?

Native to Southeast Asia & India, the ashwagandha plant is a relatively small bush with yellow flowers.

Another study conducted 8 weeks of supplementation of ashwagandha and measured the cardiorespiratory endurance in elite indian cyclists [15]. The same improvements were reported.
