Spray
Spray 8 sprays onto large areas of skin such as forearms, thighs, and sides of the abdomen. For sensitive skin types, spray on the soles and arches of your feet. A slight tingling sensation may occur as the magnesium soaks in, particularly on thinner areas of skin.
Soak
Add 2oz to your bath or foot soak and soak for 20-30 minutes.
For Kids
Dilute 50/50 with pure filtered water.

Application to certain skin areas may cause an itchy sensation or irritation. This can be reduced by diluting the Magnesium Oil with pure filtered water or alternatively, spraying on the soles and arches of your feet.
